Wow, from the moment I walked in I was welcomed with open arms and everyone there made me feel beautiful. From the decor to the service everything was beyond great. My eyelashes and my brows never looked this good and she explained every single step and products along the way throughout my appointment. Now that’s what I call customer service. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly and I was blown away by the way I was treated, it’s hard to find people that love what they do and they are GREAT at what they do. Ashley changed the way I felt when I looked at myself in the mirror. She took the time to ask me what I personally liked about my eyebrows because it’s important to her to not change anything that YOU personally love about your brows. She also asked me what I didn’t like and offered suggestions to enhance those areas. Ashley walked me through the entire process, showed me the stencil outline of my brows prior to making any changes and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I have referred so many friends and family to Ashley and they have all been over the moon with their results. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed ❤️
