We are local, and wanted to get away for one night. Everything was 100%. The room was just beautiful. Everything including the linens were above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, and they could not have been more accommodating. The owners were very pleasant, and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Thank you. John & Sherry

We stayed at the Asa Ransom House this past weekend and could not be happier with our stay! The Inn was recommended to us by our wedding venue (The Timberlodge) and it was the perfect location to stay with all of our family. We had our rehearsal dinner there as well! We are quite a large family but Bradley did a wonderful job accommodating us, our dog, our parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews.

We hosted a family event in the restaurant at the end of October and had such a great time here!! Everyone was so impressed with the food presentation, the quality, the service, and the fascinating stories surrounding the inn's history. Our families came from all over, and the innkeeper was so good about adjusting times for them, I really appreciated that. This is a great place to go if you want something different and elegant, with amazing food!

The Asa Ransom House has been a fixture in WNY for many years. While the one time high end restaurant has sadly closed, the B&B is still operating and is excellent. The rooms are beautifully decorated in period appropriate decor but have modern appointments such as adequate charging stations for all your devices. The breakfast served in the morning was also excellent. Book a stay. You won't be disappointed.

We did not stay over night so I cannot speak to the rooms. However, I can speak to the restaurant and the afternoon tea. It was delightful! We came on a Saturday afternoon, the atmosphere was wonderful and our waitress was very accommodating. We came with two little girls who were new to the tea world. They accommodated the drink selections and the food. At first the girls were excited yet timid, by the end they were saying this is the best restaurant ever! We had a great time, would highly recommend afternoon tea if you are looking for something to do with young girls. Thank you to our waitress and the entire staff for accommodating kids. Memories they will remember forever.

Went there for an afternoon tea. At $35 per person we were only provided 4 small rectangular tea sandwiches on stale bread and assorted made out of house desserts. The tea sandwich filling was so scant it was hard to tell what was inside. The four tiny sandwiches per person would still not amount to a full sandwich. You were not able to order more, as we were told there is only one “chef” on today and he only has enough for each reservation to get four per patron. Quality and quantity not worth the price

I friend of mine and I decided to go for afternoon tea. What we experience was a nightmare. First of all the food was put on a 3 tier stand that was broke, leaning to one side . The place had two other tables with people u would think they could have got us a 3 tier stand that wasn’t broken.The sandwich were so small that it was hard to tell what they taste like . The scones I think were scones very odd shape were hard and tasteless. The dessert on the top were stale and no flavor. We paid 76.00 for a tea that was the worst tea that we ever had. We had been there in the pass with the old owners and it was the best. Least not to say we were very disappointed.

The Asa Ransom House is a beautiful place with a warm, down home atmosphere. My husband & I have stayed here many times & always enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning after a restful night’s sleep. This time the room we stayed in was small, but the bed was comfortable & the pillows were perfect. The 2 big downfalls for us were the flight of stairs up to the room & the fact we were not charged the summer time rate per night as advertised!! We stayed in the Rose Rebecca room with a canopy bed.
