Yoders Buffet was excellent! The downtown business were very pleasant & if you couldn’t find what your looking for they were very helpful to steer you to the business that would have it! The home made fudge was delicious & they had a large variety of favorites! The prices were very reasonable! The shop that sold cheese was fresh & also was delicious with a large variety to pick from ! Then of course the Amish shops were wonderful & they were very friendly! The Amish sold hand built sheds, garages oak chairs etc! If you need a custom fit boat cover they have the place for that! A lot of the Amish sold fresh baked pie & bread! There is so many things to do in Arthur you can’t cover everything in just one or two days! The buggy’s & wagons are exceptionally great to watch! The town of Arthur will welcome you with open arms to show off their very unique city! This is a great tourist city! We can not tell everything we did , but everything was wonderful!

Rooms are clean and well cared for but you have to walk up and stand right outside the office to use the internet.. which is the desk lady's home so it's awkward ... especially after she repeatedly asked when we were planning on leaving ... her name is Karen and her name definitely suits her for sure... we also had experiemced problems witb rhe tv signsl several days as well ... there ate only shower stalls but they ate nice and they ate roomy.. the bathroom itself is tiny tho .. just enough toom for a toilet and the shower nothing else ...it is on the main road and right by a gas station so jts hard to get in and out during the day ..the rooms do have a wardrobe ... microwave .. . Kuerig style coffee maker and fridge..Aldo have nice chairs outside rooms to sit and dmoke.. etc .. they have a laundry room. But would not allow us to use the washer and dryer ... hut the lady who lives here uses them..

I’m in town for work. My initial plan was to go to a quality inn or best Western over in Arcola, but I decided to check this place out and wow am I impressed. My room was spotless clean. All handmade wood furniture, nice wood trim. It’s simple accommodation but it’s all I need, and very affordable for the night. Beds are definitely more comfortable than a typical hotel.

What I’m noticing about this area is no matter the business, people provide an honest and good value service the way it’s supposed to be, and they are happy to do it. That’s rare to find these days and I appreciate it so much.

Our room was very clean and had extra towels and and blankets. It had a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker that was clean. The reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star was it didn't have a hair dryer, no biggie , as a Dollar General was nearby, and I got one there. The second thing was it had 2 straight back chairs, and I get up in the middle of the night, because I can't sleep, and a soft chair would have been nice. I definitely would stay here again.

I stay at Arthur country Inn everytime I haul Amish to Arthur. Karen is the best. She always has a room for me. The rooms are always clean. The bed is fantastic. I would recommend that anytime you come to Arthur you stay at Arthur Country Inn . THANK YOU KAREN AN YOUR HELPERS. DON LOCKE

Arthur’s Country Inn is an endearing place!! Our room was very clean, smelled so good and it was very quiet. The mattress was so comfortable I want to replace mine with one at home. We stayed on the west side of the building.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews…

We will definitely stay again on our next trip home! Thank you for having us!
