I truly love this massage place. Mark is always working Front Desk and is the absolute friendliest. This place is clean, quiet and gives off a relaxing ambiance. I always feel like a million bucks after the 60 minute combo massage. The hot stone massage is wonderful too I've done both!!! They accommodate same day walk ins and appointments, but appointments are best because they literally wait for your arrival. 5 star place! I go every other week! Grab a coupon stamp card at the Front Desk if you're going to be a regular... love love love this place!

Don’t let Groupon fool you… would NOT recommend.
I was really looking forward to this and it was a let down. The lady would yank my head from side to side when she wanted my head turned the other way. This was supposed to be tranquil and relaxing, yet she was throwing bottles and different items when she was done using it making a lot of noise. The massage was subpar and inconsistent. She would spend a couple minutes on one arm and very little on the next arm. It did not feel like they cared about the experience. At the end, as I was walking out, the guy up front was quick to ask if I left a tip in the room.

Bad.
I bought a massage on Groupon. Ended up paying more on Groupon than the actual price that was on there menu. I paid $79 and it was listed for $70 for a massage for 60 minutes at the actual location.
The massage started at 6:07, my hair was damp because I showered before. 5 minutes into the massage the women left the room and then came back with a hairdryer… she dried my hair for like a total of 15 mins.
She never touched my legs or feet. It was a full body massage, all she did was my back and arms. I literally had no lotion on my feet or legs when I got home. She ended the massage at 7:05.
As I was leaving and halfway through the door, the owner yelled out to me wait, how do you wanna leave your tip? Do you wanna do it on the credit card and I said no I left cash in there. I obviously did not tip but to be ran down at the end was the cherry on top.

Never ended up showing up. I read the reviews and backed out of my appointment something didn't feel right. I called to see if they had reservations first before I purchased the Groupon. The lady over the phone said don't book it with them and they would give the same deal they had going on. I just couldn't trust her word. well, I don't get how they survive getting away with forcing tips on people, but I sure didn't want to deal with that after a massage. So I just couldn't go through with the appointment... read reviews before coming here. Save yourself the time of having to deal with hungry business owners. Seem to be a lot of those out there these days

I definitely wish I would have checked out the reviews on GOOGLE and not rely on Groupon. It was my first time at this business as I was gifted a 60 min deep tissue with essential oils, and I did not receive that. I don't even know if they used essential oils (they do not give you options) also the woman who gave the massage kind of gave a " combo " massage. I told her to go easy on my thighs, but she went easy on other areas as well. Though she did give good pressure sometimes (which explains 2nd star) technique was subpar. Business Etiquette was off as well. 15 min before the massage ends, she throws towel on my back and walks out of the room. Confused, I grab my phone and call the front and eventually she walks back in with hot towels to wipe me off. ok? where's the communication? totally threw off everything as I was already disappointed. I head to the front, back still hurting, and let the guy know my concerns. You know he has the audacity to ask me for a tip? I've never had a professional massage and was ASKED for a tip. That is insane to me. especially after I expressed how not relaxed, I was. I was quite annoyed with the whole experience and will not be returning. & to top it off, I woke up with the biggest kink in my neck afterwards.

Clean, friendly, prosfessional Great massage me and my hubby had a couples massage. was a deal I found on Groupon for a good deal! We got the deal for couples swedish massage 60 min and 30 min sauna. The massage was good but felt more like a deep tissue, and they worked on the pressure points. Overall it was a nice experience. A little advice they dont speak English very well but understand ok. Also if you do not want certain areas on your body worked on please tell the person that's massaging you. (Jenny was good she did my massage).
