There’s been no maintenance or updating to this hotel in many, many, many years. My room was dirty with holes in the walls, the tub and the furniture. There was very stinky food left in the microwave by a previous guest. It was the only place with last minute availability for the eclipse so my expectations were low but this was much worse than I anticipated. The desk clerks when I arrived and departed were all pleasant.

We had to switch rooms many times due to different circumstances, the tvs, remote and half the lights don’t work, the smoke detectors went off every 2 mins we went down there and asked if it was supposed to do that they said no and switched us room, the key to your room barely work the beds don’t come with what you need like pillows, the room aren’t fully put together, the stinks link the tv doesn’t have a full color to it it’d blurry, they don’t have trash bags for the cans they don’t clean the room there was trash in the couches, someone’s Kum and go cup was on the table it was dusty they floors have trash in them.

We checked in for two rooms and asked if one could be cancelled since our whole party didn’t show. The rep said they would check but never got back to us. Upon returning to the room at night our room keys did not work. We were able to go to front desk to reactivate keys with no problem. In the middle of the night we were waken by police and loud knocking saying we were staying illegally and we need to leave. After showing proof that we weren’t they said we would stay in the room free of charge for this mishap. Apparently they were able to cancel the room and never told us. We said we would leave and they insisted on us staying since they made a mistake and the communication was bad between employees. We left the next morning and return and the keys were deactivated again, they stated the room was cancelled and that we were staying illegally again and had moved our stuff from the room to another. I spoke with Robert the manager and he stated he would reach out to the owners but nothing has been done and it’s 3 weeks later and we were charged for the room still

Had a one night stay on 10-15-23.Clerk was polite until things started going wrong. A pet non-friendly hotel with whining dog that also barked. A third floor room without a working ice machine. It directed to the second floor for ice. Second floor directed to the first floor. Then we found the bed had no blanket. The clerk searched for one with no success. She then came to the third floor to search for one. After entering our room she found no blanket. She left to find one in another room. The stay was just one hassle after another. Cleaning was sub-standard. Missing wall plates and baseboard was carpet pad in places.Bypass this place.

Same problem as the last person. I haven't stayed there in over a month but yesterday they somehow charged me about $800 out of nowhere despite:
1. All of my nights being paid
2. Both of my cards are either deactivated or blocked, which means they would have had to have my bank info that I never gave them.
They don't even have an email to send bank statements to. Absolutely ridiculous for a hotel with a mouse and ant problem.

I give this place a ½ star. This had to be the worst place I've ever stayed. The room smelled so bad we went and purchased plug in air fresheners overcome the stench. The room was filthy/ nasty, cigarette burn in the bedspread. Even though it was the only place we could find to stay I will say we will not stay there again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely the worst hotel in Jonesboro Arkansas disgusting rooms horrible management the lady at the front desk needs to be let go looks very bad on this business for her to flirt with every man that comes through the door she rather be flirting than doing her job I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
