AZ Spa Technology delivered exactly as promised. Andrew and Rubin gave very personal attention to all questions during the process and were very knowledgeable. They also did the electrical and even craned our spa into a very tight spot!

A week after we had the spa there was a small issue that came up due to manufacturing (not AZ Spa Tech's fault). They sent out Manuel the very next day and corrected the issue so we also have confidence in the their service process.

We absolutely love our spa. You can buy with confidence from this business.

We're very happy with the service received by AZ Spa Tech over the years. Recently we had to get a new hot tub and we're very glad we went through AZ Spa Tech. Due to the layout of our backyard, etc., installation wasn't going to be a breeze. Johnny, Isaac and crew did a terrific job and overcame every obstacle put in front of them. They were very professional and polite. We would highly recommend AZ Spa Tech for servicing and/or purchasing a new hot tub.

AZ spa tech has been awesome! Bought a refurbished spa years back. Has worked great. Some minor things here and there and the service has been fantastic to get maintenance. Recently had ruben out and he rocked the job. Great customer service!

I went directly to the manufacture first because the tub was still under warranty. After a frustrating 2 week experience and still not fixed, I called AZ Spa Tech. On the first contact they had me send pictures in real time so they could determine if it would require a service call or if I could do something on my end. We agreed they needed to send a tech. Came out next day! They worked with manufacture directly, had them ship a new control panel in 48 hours. They were back out in couple days and finished it. Only charged the minimum service fee. Between the phone work with me and the 2 at home visits, I got way more value than they charged me. They really worked to save me money and get me back in the tub quickly. Wish I would have bought the tub from them in the first place!

I have waited a long time to get my Cal Spa Hot Tub. This company was recommended to me by the Cal Spa Corporation themselves. I was advised of its family business characteristic & its long positive history. All promises & expectations were met. The steps taken by this company & its employees were professional and expedited.

My sales representative Dawn, was very respectful and knowledgable about the product I wanted to purchase. She went out of her way to get me the price I was budgeted for. Follow up from staff was immediate.

Andrew and his delivery staff were very helpful and did a wonderful job with installation and placement. They reviewed the operation and upkeep of the Spa with me immediately allowing for an immediate transmission as a new Spa owner.

Ruben was the name given to me by the Cal Spa staff and every expectation was met with perfection. His promise to take care of my situation was kept, and he obviously values the customer before the dollar. I would like to thank Ruben and his staff for all they have done for me.

Great company who stands behind their products! We bought a pre-owned Tuff Spa from them for a great price (less than half the retail value of a brand new model). They held the spa for us for a couple of months until we were ready for delivery. Delivery was smooth. We found the spa had a small leak after a week and their technicians promptly resolved the issue under the warranty. We’re very happy with our first spa ever and glad we chose AZ Spa Technology!

The Team from Arizona Spa Technology did a great job of getting my Cal Spa on order and then completing with the delivery and electrical hook-up. It was a full Team effort from Andrew, Ruben, Manny and Johnny. The spa was placed exactly where we wanted it. Johnny went through the filling up, chemicals, valve and nozzle adjustments as well as filter tips and setting the controller. We have had the Cal Spa for just about a week and it is already making our aches and pans feel better! I want to thank everyone at Arizona Spa Technology for the care in delivery to setting up the spa!
