We had a wonderful experience with Arizona Hot Tub. Bought our first hot tub, the process was easy and all questions were answered. Our sales rep Daniel even took the effort to come out to our home to evaluate the location. The owner Helena is very helpful and answers right away. This company is top-notch! Their pricing is fair and their service is exceptional. Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely refer friends here for their hot tub purchases!! We love our Prism and highly recommend getting the model with the built in monitoring. We opted to set it up ourselves and they sent us videos on how to do it that were easy to follow. They are highly responsive to any questions we have as well!

We purchased a Hot Springs Pulse and love it. Arizona Hot tub Prescott and The manufacturer Hot Springs totally back you up if you have any problems. We had a small issue and they completely resolved it quickly, professionally, and efficiently. The Nick, Kyle, Helena, Amanda and their professional technicians Jaden, Garrett, and Justin are wonderful. 5 stars for this outfit!
