Mary Ann has a very beautiful bed and breakfast! My favorite is the Tai Chi lessons which I take from her online and in person! The online lessons are very thorough and convenient for me because I can’t always make it to class! I highly recommend that you focus on self care and gift yourself these online classes. I love her art as well! Check it out.

We stayed at Arctic Paradise Bed and Breakfast in September, 2022. Our host was very accommodating and informative and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had a beautiful room with all the comforts of home including an electric fireplace, and our own bathroom. MaryAnn prepared delicious breakfasts for us and left them in our fridge to just eat whenever we were ready and that worked out beautifully. The view from the B&B is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Mary was one of our best hosts in a B&B. Much before we landed in Alaska, Mary helped us plan our stay and trips in Seward, and graciously offered to book some tours for us too. Her local knowledge was very helpful!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we reached Arctic Paradise from Denali. Mary's home is a wonder - beautifully and uniquely decorated, super comfortable, and located very conveniently from Seward downtown, where most guided tours have their offices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Mary, and a few things that will be ingrained in our memories are her delicious, healthy breakfasts (nowhere have we been served breakfast nicely set in plates individually in a fridge in the room), the unique artsy decor of her home, her loving kitty, and above all - Mary's excellent hospitality.

We will definitely stay with her (provided she has vacancy) every time we visit Seward, and highly recommend Arctic Paradise to anyone planning a trip to Seward.

Mary Ann was an excellent host who provided great meals, worked around my allergies, and was extremely knowledgeable as well as attentive as it related to keeping the room clean. I'd come back here and recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone visiting Seward. 🙂

Mary & Clementine are wonderful hosts. She’s very knowledgeable and readily gave us advice when asked. The room is very simple, and quiet, which we enjoyed. Breakfasts were good too.
