Horrible, dirty place. The pool is disgusting and gross ?. Thousands of uneven stairs everywhere. Our suite was nice but unbearably hot. No sleep for us. This place misrepresented itself. Mostly residential. No food.

Great place to to stay if you are interested in architecture and alternative ways of living. This is obviously not a resort or anything like that so don't come expecting entertainers, tvs etc. The tour is interesting but priced rather high (20 dollars) - unless you are interested in how the arcosanti bells are made I would recommend exploring on your own.

Couldn't get the Suites (they were being renovated), but were happy to get the standard rooms for the night. Swapping rooms was painless. The bed was very comfortable. Did the tour - recommend that. This is the place to unwind and destress - no TVs and other luxuries, but solid wifi. As others have said, it's not a profit-making resort, rather it's a place to be with the landscape. Fabulous place, will definitely return.

FORM is an amazing experience but the place itself is well worth the visit. A very unique history and place in the world.

You have to be realistic about your expectations.

The rooms are keeping with the vibe of Arcosanti . These are basic accommodations. If you're expecting luxury accommodations then you will be very disappointed. Be prepared to deal with some ants and some minor inconveniences.
The bed was quite firm and if you're not used to that you may be a little uncomfortable. It's a mattress on sheets of plywood.
The bathroom is functional but the shower drains very slowly and the shower head is located very low. I would recommend that you don't stand in the well of the shower.
The walls are a little bit thin and you can hear noise from the adjoining rooms.
The doors have an electronic code lock. They open outward and there is NO internal lock so anyone who knows the code can come in.

The food in the cafe is ok, very dry scones but decent main meal. It closes at 3p. For dinner I recommend driving a few miles to The Cellar at Creekside. Good food and atmosphere.
Arcosanti is dead at night.
The view is great.
Would I stay overnight again? Probably not. But it was an interesting visit but not much to do and one night was plenty.

The place was amazing! The rooms are simple but you won't be in there much. They also have a communal room with a full kitchen if you want to cook. Will go again.
