My sister and I recently had a massage session with Destiny and Leticia at Arbor Life Spa and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Destiny’s touch was soothing and effective, targeting all the right areas of tension. My sister (who regularly gets massages) commented on the incredible technique of Leticia. We both left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated! The entire staff was so friendly and gave us a tour of the many rooms and other services they have to offer like Infrared Red Light Therapy that I would definitely love to try in the future.I highly recommend Arbor Life Spa for anyone looking for a skilled and professional massage!!

It had been over a decade since last having a massage, but it reminded me just how amazing the whole experience can be. So many people could benefit from massages and I sincerely hope for the day when this treatment for pain and relaxation is valued in a way to make it accessible for everyone. The Arbor has become my local escape for when I need some relaxation and self-care time. I can't say enough good things about the place and the people. I always feel welcomed when I walk in, and I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged. I love the products that they use and there is something new to try every time I go. Added bonus is that a lot of their products for sale are locally made. Prices for their services are quite reasonable and the quality of service is top notch. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! My spouse and I had a couples massage and it was truly wonderful. We were fortunate enough to call and have an appointment same day. Both massage therapist were amazing. I had Tammy and I couldn't be happier. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. I can't recommend Arbor LifeSpa and Tammy enough! We will most definitely be returning.

We stumbled across this amazing day spa and booked in for a couples massage. My only mistake was not booking it for longer. It was incredible! Tammy helped my shoulder so much and her and her team are so kind! The spa is absolutely beautiful and I am already planning my next treatment!

I’ve been coming to the spa for yoga for a few years now. I love this place. The new owners have done such a nice job with rehabbing this establishment. It’s gorgeous inside. It’s very relaxing and serene. I had a deep tissue therapeutic massage, and it was heaven. I don’t mind a little bit of pressure and it was exactly what I had asked for. She spent so much time on the areas that I have trouble with. I was in heaven. She was kind, patient, and intuitive. I’ve already made my next massage appointment.

I scheduled a couples massage the process was fast and easy. I had trouble finding a place that offered couples service with a reasonable price. It should be noticed that they're also LGBT friendly myself (female) and my girlfriend were welcomed with no issues. Tammy was extremely helpful gave us a mini tour of the spa. They show case local artists and have jewelry for sale. My main focus of the massage was my back and neck Tammy did an amazing job.I feel like new we'll definitely be coming back in the future. I’m not (until now) usually big on spa days but a friend and I decided to lean into just a few hours of it. It included a customized package of a massage, reflexology, a sauna and facial. And…

WOW. They were THE BEST massage and facial I have ever had (and the facial not only cleared up areas of my (Arizona) skin that I never thought would clear but also did NOT leave my face red for days). I even got an unsolicited compliment on my skin care one week after:)

I am already dreaming of when I’ll be back (from the Phoenix area) for another spa experience.

I made an appointment to get a massage before my dad's funeral. I wanted to go into that with a clear mind, since I carry so much tension and stress with my grief. I had a 90 minute massage with Letitia, and it was incredible! I left feeling so relaxed, and my head finally felt clear. Which helped me get through one of the hardest days of my life. They were also so kind as to leave me a condolence card and gift. So thoughtful! I will definitely be back!
