Stayed here 2 times once in a celebrity room beautiful and the other in a regular room 10 stars for both rooms. We came back here for the reasonable prices and for the relaxing atmospheres outside for the mineral hot tub and swimming pool was warm too. Wished they would have adults only time 10 to midnight? Pool hours 8am to 10 pm ☹️ Especially if you check in late, community microwave service , apartment size fridge a bonus. Stayed 2/24 and 1/16/25 From Minnesota. Definitely we will be returning.

Couldn't say anything less, this place is great! No matter the season this place has an awesome pool with two Jacuzzi one indoor and the other one outside! You can drink by the pool or in as long as you don't bring glass and are respectful to others. The rooms are great, you get privacy and secure with a pretty awesome shower. The water is mineral water and you can feel the difference. The staff are great, from the front desk to the workers asking if you're doing great throughout the day when you're in the pool or out. You are in a good location with lots of places to eat and visit. We had returned to Aqua Soleil hotel and haven't been disappointed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get away from the city and just enjoy everything Desert Hot Springs has to offer!

The hotel outperformed in all ways. What we got for the price we payed was amazing the rooms were neat and well designed although not the most extravagant for a hotel but for it's class the room was cute and comfortable. The pool area is set up very well with a beautiful surrounding of plants and trees. The pool itself was warm and comfortable and the hot whirlpool was quite relaxing. There was also an indoor hot tub and along with the rest of the pools was neat and well kept. The location is great a short drive from many stores including Starbucks and Walmart. With the scenery a stunning plus mountains can even be seen over the top of the hotel from the inward facing porches.

Great swim and Jacuzzi. Very clean and lots of fresh towels. Front desk was very courteous and rooms very clean. Fridge with freezer inside. No microwave though. Right next to empty space and lots of homeless people though. Kids were running around and the hotel called us and asked us to shut it!! It was only evening, not even night time. Right next to grocery stores and you can walk or drive up.

Me and my wife stayed here this past weekend in one of their Jacuzzi room suites for two nights. This isn't the first time we've stayed here but this time unfortunately it did not meet the standards we were expecting from previous stays. The bed was pretty thin and lumpy and before we had nice quality King beds that were soft yet firm. The floor also appeared to not have been mopped or swept because every time we got out of the jacuzzi our feet ended up getting coated brown with dust and dirt from the floor. The pool surface also needs to be redone because it was pretty rough and scraped up our feet a little bit. They also removed the cable TV from the jacuzzi room. We loved that feature before and now all they have is a DVD hookup?! For spending almost $700 for two nights they really could do better. I'm honestly not really sure if we will be returning if this is what the hotel has become.

I enjoyed my stay here. Early check in at no extra fee. It wasn't crouded feeling and I used the mineral pools twice. Late check out time and casual but friendly service gives it 5 stars from me.

If it was possible to give a 0/5 star review and write the review that’s what I would’ve done. Customer service was horrible, parking was also a mess. I thought for the price I was getting a good deal but don’t let the pictures fool you, I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. My room has water all over the floor when I arrived, front desk also doesn’t answer the phone. I had never been so ready to check out, I called them back upon leaving because I thought I had left my wallet behind, they assured me they’d get with housekeeping and call me back, but to no surprise they never did. I attempted multiple times to call in the subsequent days to which I was greeted with a “aqua soleil please hold” without even giving me an option, then to just sit on the phone for half an hour and have the call drop. Worst experience I’ve had by far

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and close to the pool. A bit of a drive to Palm Springs, but more affordable.
