Got my nails done for the first time here, lady was really sweet and the staff made me feel welcomed. Nails came out so beautiful! Overall very pleased with my experience!

The lady who did my nails was nice, but my nails aren't really good. There is a lump on the side. I just needed fills and to keep the coffin shape, but on my pointer finger she took off half of my nail, shaping it into a stiletto. When I looked down and saw half my nail gone, I was shocked but tried to laugh it off. She said I moved, but I think she forgot I wanted a coffin shape. She had to patch it up, and now that finger is twice as thick as my other nine nails. I'm never going back. I paid $50 🥺

Customer service was good. End product was not. The tech was nice, but it didn’t seem like she knew what she was fully doing. She scraped the excess acrylic off the top of my nail with her thumb, leaving a weird shaped tip. My nails have no curve to them, they’re just flat. I asked for coffin and got square. The gel color was light, so multiple coats had to be applied, and she only did 2, and you can still see through the color. My nails are kind of lumpy because she didn’t even drill the top. The gentleman at the front asked to see, noticed a problem and said he would have her redo my thumb. It was beyond my thumb that was messed up. I didn’t have time for her to redo my thumb. He offered for me to come back anytime to have it fixed, but my entire set was messed up. I paid and left. I appreciate the offer, but one finger getting fixed wasn’t enough.

WOW Just WOW!! This breaks my heart how I was treated and how my nails wore done. This use to be my go to nail salon when I was in high school I decided to pamper myself and I wanted to get a manicure so I went back to what I know...
They were closing at 7:00 I did call about 6:30 and ask if they would do a manicure They told me yes yes to come in I was literally pulling in and got there about 6:32 as soon as I came in they told me They can't help me but if I have cash they will I told them yes I can pay with cash so They ran me over to a chair sat me down and we're done in exactly 11 minutes I thought I was getting a manicure but to me it looked like they just painted my nails They charged me $35 They did not do anything with my cuticles no oil nothing after I was done I paid the $35 and I did pay a tip I walked out to my car and I was in tears I came back and let them know that the nail polish was bubbling so They fix two nails told me sorry and sent me on my way😔 I am now at work the next day and it is chipping off and looks absolutely awful this dearly breaks my heart this is not the Nail Salon I remember at all😢

I ended up in the wrong place, but I still give it a try. Big mistake!
I get so anxious when people rush me to decide what services I want. I barely couldn't understand what the host was saying. I decided to get just nail polish since I already felt uncomfortable. The person that did my toe nails was okay, My toes looked very nice and dried perfectly, and the guy did my nails, which wasn't nice. He did put a lot of acetone on the nail polish because it was dry. He didn't put a hard clear coat over after he finished. He keeps saying, "Don't touch! but I wasn't even touching my nails. We were a group of 4, and we didn't enjoy it at all. In other places with a hard coat, my nails dry in a few minutes, here in the other side, I ended up with ugly nails!
They were soft even "after them dried," those peel like orange skin.
So, I'm not going back for sure!

I feel like family when I walk in the doors. Aqua Nails has always treated their store with dignity, love & kindness.
Mr. In ( and every one else) are extreme perfectionst when it comes to the person in front of them. Tip them good & they will have you coming back every time!
