Omar's Service and attention was great! Any time our drinks got low he was already bringing us refills. Atmosphere was a little warm and crowded. Excellent and polite customer experience! Next time we plan to ask for Omar as our server!

We came pretty close to closing time and the service was still amazing! Omar was very attentive and made sure everything was good the whole time. He also gave us some balloons that they had for valentines day!

We came to celebrate Veteran's Day. For veterans, there was a special menu, and they received a free meal. Needles to say, it was very busy. We had a 45-minute wait. Was it worth it? That's hard to say. We started with the loaded waffle fries, which disappeared quickly. We had both ordered steak, and they were OK. Cooked to order was a plus, yet the taste was lackluster. Our server was not on top of his game. We waited 15 minutes for drinks. He did not check on us until we were finishing up. As I said, they were extremely busy. They were nice enough to give us a card for $5 of our next meal within the next 3 weeks. We appreciated that they honored our service members with a free meal.

Had a great time with my girls at this Applebees. Omar was our server and he did an amazing job getting our food and drinks in a timely manner. I appreciate great service. Will plan our next reunion here again .

We had awful service. They were nice and all they just couldn't get many of our orders straight. Four adults and four children, they brought one kids menu and settings for one kid. Super late on the beer while the other two got their drinks, which I said put the drinks on a tab for me, meaning the alcohol ones, he put all the drinks on my tab. Half the kids drinks didn't come, not to mention the waiter dropped the tray with all the waters on it. Brought the wrong size smoothie for one of the kids. Other than that it was great. 😁 The food was decent and so were the alcohol drinks.

The waitress was very nice, very nice atmosphere but the food was less than average, I could have made it better at home. But I promised the wife an all day date and she chose to eat here. My hamburger buns were burnt on one side and not touched on the other, don't know how that happens. Food just seemed microwaved or warmed up too quickly and unevenly. I would only come back if my wife wanted to, but I'm definitely checking my food next time and sending it back to the Kitchen if it comes the way it did on this visit.

Went for my Mom and Aunt's birthday. Our waitress was awesome. She was attentive and friendly. The problem was the burger. Both my husband and myself requested medium but both were very well done, almost too hard to eat. We didn't send them because it took so long just to get the food. Not sure we'll go back to this Applebee's.

Decided to go out with my family after church and we chose Applebees since we haven’t been there in a while. The waiter, Vincent, was very helpful! He was going above and beyond making sure we had all our food and if we needed anything else like refills and what not. We were surprised and more than satisfied with the service we received from him because although he was running around and serving other tables, he didn’t let the stress get to him and he still helped us no matter what. I honestly see Vincent doing big things with the awesome attitude he has. He definitely deserves a raise and we will always request him to be our server whenever we go back again. Everything was a 100/10! Definitely recommend!
