Emily did my hair and I normally don’t do reviews but when I tell you this girl did her thing. SHE DID THE DAMN THING!! Cannot emphasize enough how cared for I felt during this appointment. I wanted a grungy haircut with lots of long layers and face framing. She did exactly what I requested and worked very delicately with my hair. I honestly have never had anyone work so gently with my hair before and it was so comforting. I came out of the appointment feeling so confident and beautiful with my new look. Emily is truly phenomenal at what she does!

I went to Appearances for the first time today — same day appointment — and Brandi was so friendly and welcoming. She gave me a tour of the salon (lots of natural light! Love!) and then we had a very helpful discussion about my hair needs. Brandi asked me the right questions and took time and care with my hair. I am so pleased with the result!! I just love it!! Thank you!

addison did a really good job with my hair and i love how it turned out. my best friend said that this is her favorite hair color i’ve done so far. she was very sweet and good at her job and she made sure to start conversations and communicate. the place was very nice and all of the staff seemed very kind and comforting.

Lauryn was super sweet and very attentive! She put a lot of detailed work in on my cut, which is super important for short hair. She checked in with me often about how short I wanted to go and where my hair would lay. The salon itself is lovely and the other workers I interacted with were kind and welcoming as well! This was my first time here and I will be back!

Jacelyn is incredibly talented and thoughtful. She listens well and takes into account her client's life style and needs. She has colored and styled my hair twice and I love it beyond words. Very professional! Was my first time receiving lash extensions and was unsure and nervous about the process, but was made very comfortable and explained the process well. Finished product looked absolutely amazing! I definitely will continue coming back and 100% recommend.

I met Anya who was my stylist. She was very thorough and took time getting to know me and my likes and dislikes regarding my cut and style. Once i was finished, she even used a straightener here and there to add wave to my "bob" style! That was at her suggestion, and I loved it! Just so you know, that was considered an up-charge at my former salon. I highly recommend Anya and Appearances because they went the extra mile to satisfy this person who was in desperate need of a good cut and style, which i appreciated very much! Thank you!
