They did a good job of putting the place back together! It appears they added some new lighting for the stage that really made the show look impressive. I believe they added some new speakers and it appeared some video recording equipment.

All in all, it seemed like the same place it was prior to the tornado except a new ceiling that was pretty basic and curved, which may have added to the acoustics which I believe were better than it was before. I enjoyed my time there.

Went again to see my favorite band Blacktop Mojo. I am in an electric wheelchair and it makes things like concerts difficult especially if there is no seating. The staff at The Apollo was great! They put me to the side behind a metal barrier gate right up by the stage. I was safe and away from the crowd right in front! Security staff was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Sound was pretty darn good. .y only complaint is that they wouldn't allow my 16 year old son come with to see his favorite band. I've gone to other concert venues around Illinois. I have a and Wisconsin end, even though. Sometimes the shows were for 18 or 21 and older The Apollo still wouldn't let him in even with an I. D and his mom, which was me I did call ahead of time And I knew in advance that he could not be there other than that. It was a great show and it was a great place to see the guys of blacktop mojo!

The Apollo is a historic theater venue. Easy to find located right off the main street next to the river. Back in the swing of things since last year's storm.

Great venue to see bands went for the Nonpoint. Hell Yeah show was not a disappointment.. no cards accepted for drinks it is cash only 5 bucks for Bud light all in all great view from anywhere on the floor

This is amazing small venue clean decent sound intimate venue beers are not overpriced good security these guys know how to put a show on

The sound in this venue was really good! I would definitely go here for a show in the future. Parking is convenient as well. If I have 1 less than positive comment, it's that it got pretty hot in here during the concert (it was in the 30's outside), and there didn't seem to be any air conditioning or movement at all. So I do wonder if a concert during the summer months would be sweltering.

Sevendust!!! Obvious who I went to see. Onward, this place is about the size of House of Blues. I sat in the balcony. They have waitresses up there serving alcohol. Security will pat you down when you enter and it doesnt look like they play games.
