Terrible experience, called ahead and specified a tome and said 1 hour, they said ok. Arrive there and said they could only do 45 minutes, I wasnt theilled but was ok with it so I accepted. I was made to wait in the room for 10-15 minutes before someone came in and did a lackluster massage for a few minutes before leaving for another 10-15 minutes. I thought they would not start the clock until they actually started a massage but at the 45 minutes mark they made me leave then demanded a tip. Paid 45 minutes for what was an extremely poor massage that was less than 5 minutes of time. Will absolutely never be back here and I will make sure everyone knows to go elsewhere.

Visited Anxin One in Daly City and had an amazing experience! Their traditional Chinese therapeutic massage was just what I needed for stress relief and relaxation. The therapists are super professional and really know their stuff. The facility is clean and pleasant, making the whole vibe so calming. Definitely coming back!

Terrible experience – avoid this place!
The staff barely speaks English, which made communication frustrating. After the massage, they aggressively demanded a large tip and wouldn’t accept $10 or $20. When I declined, they started yelling in their native language, making the whole situation uncomfortable and stressful. Completely unprofessional and not worth the trouble. Never coming back.

A complete waste of time. I called beforehand and I asked if I could come and they said yes. I even said I would be there in 10-15 minutes. They said okay sure. I arrive and they’re closed. I would never come back to these liars who just wasted my time, money and gas.
