If you are looking for good homemade food...YOU must stop by. I had a tostada de cueritos (pickled pork skin) and it was delicious.the cueritos are not to vinegary, and they're soft and tender. The flautas de pollo (chicken taquitos) are really crispy, filled with tender chicken and covered with fresh shredded cabbage, radishes, tomato, and topped with a delicious tomato salsa. And, let's not forget the friendly wait staff. Pita is super friendly and treats you like a family.

A hole in the wall spot, but never judge a book by its cover their menu might look basic but their food is authentic in the Jaliscense style!
I had the Pozole blanco with purple hominy (maiz). Very flavorful.
My wife ordered the taco Dorado de requeson, flauta de pollo, and enchilada de mole and I tell you what, she loved each and every one of them!
Oh yeah and they do serve beer in bottles!

One dish that is often a weekend (or Thursday) special is now available every day that Los Cuates are open: their magnificent pozole blanco ($12.99), served with tasty tostadas and all the necessary adornment. The pork stew could fix the worst of days, full of bones and chopped up parts. The large order makes sure you get a nice hunk of pork spine. They use big kernals of maiz morado, of which thin slivers of purple come through in the end product, which tastes even more full of corn flavor. Squeeze in some lime and add onions and chopped cabbage.

Everything seemed premade the night before and just heated up. Flavors were just ok.

I’ve been going with Los Cuates since they were serving out of their home kitchen. They haven’t lost a step! Todo está delicioso! Pozole blanco, taquitos, las tostadas, el mole… uff!! Everything is simply delicious! We drive from the IE for them whenever we can! Highly recommended!

I ordered the chikn moLe enchiladas they were 4enchiladas $14.99 but it didnt come with rice and beans!

Seem kinda of strange for that price!? $14.99

You think it would come with the pLate🤷‍♂️at no extra cost
But the waitres said rice & beans are sold seperate aLa Cart.

Probly would never go back for that reason.
