This was my first time in and I have to say, it was so great. On top of doing a beautiful job with my gel manicure and nail art, each of the techs that worked on me were extremely kind as well. The place is very clean and overall it was a great experience! The perfect balance between quick and attentive service 10/10 will come again!

Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I wish the staff would have communicated that there was a $20 up charge for no chip. They just kept asking if we wanted regular or no chip polish several times over, but did not include the no chip up charge.
This is a lesson in reading the menu completely although we were not given a menu explaining the up charge.

We spent $289 on two lavender pedicures, a man’s manicure, and a gel overlay on short nails.
Plus, they struggled greatly to do a French tip nail design 😩 pictures included
I just wish there had been some transparency about the price before

I reached the register to pay and tip.
It truly soured the overall experience. I went to this place because of the high stars and I regret it.

Richard was phenomenal!! Very quick, accurate and professional. Super kind as well. I left my coffee at his station and he ran it out to me in the freezing cold! Will definitely be making the drive from Huntley to come see him again. It was well worth it!!

I have been going to Richard for several years. He is beyond fabulous. He does my toes and my pants and I always look amazing. He knows how to do quality work, not just get it done. He also learns the style of the shape that you like, so that you do not have to explain it every time. Ask for Richard you will not be disappointed.

I went in to get French nails. Paid 78 for this, a full with French. I've had multiple places so French nails on me but never had it this bad. The guy missed half the French part and left see through spaces as you can see in the picture. I understand the price but if you are charging that much you better make sure your work matches your prices

Found my long lost nail tech Manda! When I lived in the city she was the best and after I moved 45 minutes away I struggled finding a good nail tech (3.5 years) Finally tracked her down & yes I’m driving 40 minutes for her but she is worth it! That’s my long story! You will enjoy your time with her!

I went here one time and honestly will never go again. I had to repeat what service i wanted to the nail tech 3 times and still didn't receive the pedi package I wanted. She filed at my nails so rough that it cut 2 of my toes and they were like raw after. It was also very unprofessional to see the receptionist arguing with another nail tech about her not doing her job. When it came time to pay there was no mention of saving 5% if you pay cash until after my debit card transaction went through. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I have received better service for cheaper prices at many other locations.
