This place is definitely a run down dump. The beds are terrible and the rooms smell like smoke. They have mousetraps, you know, lot lizzards in the parking lot ofter dark. BUT they WILL rent to you for a few hours in the middle of the day and pay cash. So if you're like me and the cute Hispanic teller at the bank is your side piece it's nice.

Took a chance on this motel even though there were mixed reviews. Arrived, checked in, and the first room she gave us, the bed was hard and very lumpy. The window was also wide open with no security. Asked for another room, and the bed was the same. The rooms are very outdated, old, and run down. There was no water pressure, a couple outlets did not work, and there was hair on the towels. The pillows were very flat. I asked for some extra pillows for my boyfriend & I. The girl with brown hair at the counter told me I could only have one pillow, I asked for two since there are two of us, and she said only one, that that was better than nothing. Could easily hear other people during the night. Really disappointing stay, should have went with my first gut but decided to give this place a try and sorry I did.

After moving my room once because of the bed being rock hard, i returned to the counter and asked for some extra pillows for the night.So I could possibly sleep comfortably. The young brunette girl behind the counter was far more concerned with petting her cat that she had all over the counter tops. She informed me I could only have one pillow, even though there's two of us staying in the room. She literally told me "one is better than nothing".
I have never seen such unprofessional ignorant people working in an establishment. I honestly should have gone to Days inn down the road for $5 more. The bed in the next room was no better. There's no fan in the bathroom and the shower pressure is horrible. Hopefully enough truthful reviews about this place will either force them to shape up, or leave Prescott .

Our King bed suite was in excellent condition. This is a way better 2 star hotel than others I have stayed in. We liked the location because we didn't need to stay in downtown Prescott. We could barely hear the planes in the morning, I'm a light sleeper and this is a very quiet place! Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, and the front desk was nice!

I have stayed here twice and had no problems, good price and a well sized room. Staff is nice and handle check in and check out efficiently

Pros: comfortable beds. Clean. An older property renovated very well. Inexpensive. HUGE room...small TV. Good parking. Adjacent Circoe K is nearest food source. Good towels. .|Cons: closet "nice" restaurants are at golf course. A few mi away. Airport nearby with Cafe. Inn is in flight path of frequent private planes. Maids were a d..... nuisance at 8 am... LOUD and constant discussion for an hr until requested to quiet. |Skimpy blankets..but heater/ac worked well...but disruptive noise.|All in all...good value but some drawbacks

Dumpster Intervention Patrol

Our annual contractors golf league comes up from phoenix every year. Of course, booking rooms for me is last minute….where to stay, convenience, price…so about into looking around, the whole Prescott area hotels prices were crazy high! We to playing at antelope Hills across the round about, wasn’t sure…so looking into antelope Hills Inn-Suite, was the price for real? Much less than every other hotel by far, everything looked good and I booked. Me and my son stayed and the staff, friendly, it’s not a resort, but wasn’t looking a one night, golf weekend and it was absolutely perfect!

Course like 3 minutes away, gas station a 30 second walk for coffee and snacks. It’s perfect. Rooms clean, comfortable. A win-win! Though my golf game wasn’t the best, the stay was!

All in all, not a bad place. We arrived after office hours and the front desk assistant called me up giving me the code to get the room key when we arrived. When we arrived, I got the key and he placed us in a room next to the front entrance which was wonderful. The room was tidy and clean and was perfect for our needs. The showers have super duper water pressure so be careful.
