I went yesterday because all my customers suggested to try Annie's due to the terrible experience I just went thru last friday at the salon I use to go to. So I go in and I explained to the gentleman the situation I just experienced at another location which was absolutely terrible and they asked what I wanted, I showed them a pic of a set but wanted them a little different. And y'all they did the most absolute best job ever!!!! They were sweet and friendly and not once was I rushed. They even stayed almost an hour and a half after they close still working on my nails to make sure it was what I wanted. I will be going back today to get my feet lashes and eyebrows done bc i was so happy with their work last night. ? They will forever get my business from now on and I will suggest everyone to go there as well. 10/10 10 ⭐ will recommend !!!

P.s. I work in the public and have had nothing but compliments all morning long about my nails ? I love them

I have been a customer for 20+ years. The service is amazing. Mrs. Nancy is amazing at every service in there. Tammy is the best for pedicures. She is very detailed and she does a phenomenal job. Now manicures and nails, definitely John. He takes nails to a new height. I will NOT go anywhere else for my manis or pedis!

I have had my nails done here three times and absolutely LOVE them! Friendly atmosphere and amazing work! (These are two of the three I had done. I wanted to show off the artistic beauty. The second set was just plain colors.)

I'd say they are the best place in Ozark for nails. Other people must think so too bc they open at 9am but on just about any given day their are people waiting at the door for them to open. Get there early if you don't have an appointment. I usually try to get there 10 til 9 and haven't had very long waits before being seen. Later in the day however is a different story especially if it's the weekend.

20 years and running. I've been to somewhere else (ONCE) to have my nails done, and that was only a reminder that Annie's was the best. Beautiful work and Mrs. Nancy is an amazing lady!

I love this place!!! They guy in there that does my nails is amazing and so fun to talk to. He helps me when I have to take my baby in to get a fill in or touch up. Always good quality work!

Everyone was polite and professional. The establishment was clean and well kept. The young man that did my nails explained how he was doing my nails and how it would help me grow strong nails. I really enjoyed my visit there and will return. Thank you Bow!

Great staff, pedicure was well done. I had quite a long wait but to be fair I was a walk in without an appointment. Prices are reasonable however they don't match the prices on the card where you chose what level of service you'd like. I picked a $30 service that ended up being $45 with no explanation of why it was higher. I would go back just for the fantastic staff.
