I have gone to Annie’s for about 3-4 years. Annie always out does her self anytime she does my nails! Her prices are cheaper than any other nail spa i have ever been to either. Her staff is amazing with making sure you get what you ask for and Annie is always watching and asking questions her self to make sure your visit is always top tier. The spa its self is very clean and well taken care of. If i could ever recommend anywhere for someone to go and get their nails or toes done Annie’s nail spa is the 1st place i say and i always explain my reasoning behind it!

If I could give this place and ESPECIALLY the owner Annie zero stars I would. I came here with my 2 daughters -who despite being children were charged for a full price pedicure that took 10 minutes with polish. Then I had a gel pedicure that was done expeditiously as well - Brandee was more than ready to go home and made me aware - with her attitude - the gel has bubbles everywhere - I made it a point to say something as I sat for my manicure and dip and Annie stated she “didn’t see anything wrong” I’m pretty passive so I let it go and told her not to worry about it it as I was feeling super pressured - I told her just remove the dip and don’t worry I’ll do clear polish and go.
We walked to Target after paying $115 and by the time I got there one of my toes the polish had come off as well as my daughters - I went back to talk again and just express my disappointment and tell her it was a terrible and rushed job.

There was another mother and daughter in there so I tried to speak quietly and calmly.
Annie told me I ruined her whole day - she kept telling my daughter “baby find the polish I fix” so aggressively that she began to cry - when I told Annie she couldn’t find the polish and she was making her cry - Annie told me I was a “bad Mom and I made her cry”.

It went on and I remained calm I asked her if I could get a least a partial refund and the FIRST policy she has is “No Refunds” - I should have known.

She was belligerent rude and hostile she even tried to grab my daughter’s arm and force her in the chair. I went between them and directly and calmly said “do. Not. Touch. My. Child.” At this point the other Mother decided to leave.

She blamed me told me that I made her lose business. I said “good I’ll count that as my refund.”

The other customer ended up finding me in Target when I came back (after Annie screamed at me and offered a $20 gift card then told me l never come back)

The customer told me that Annie had been going off and talking horrible about me the whole time - how I don’t know what I want and take too long (I Had been here ONCE and everything I wanted she couldn’t do -I came back again because she gave me a sob story about being a single Mom and left her a $25 tip!)

The other customer told me she was very uncomfortable and glad I came back because she didn’t want to stay - she commended how well I handled the situation and told me she agreed I needed a refund when she looked at my toes she even giggled and said she was glad she didn’t let her do her toes either. I apologized to her profusely because I felt so bad she was trying to spend time with her daughter - she was so gracious and kept saying I handled the situation so well.

I can NEVER recommend this place to anyone as Annie is very dishonest and has terrible business practices. Not only that she is dishonest about her life and situation.

I absolutely love Mrs Annie, I drive 45 minutes and out of state just to see her! She always does exactly what I come In and want. I've never been dissatisfied with her work! I highly recommend if your in the dothan area to go see her !

Went for a manicure,lady was very nice and she made sure she was doing the right thing. Decent prices and it took the normal amount of time. Got short nails designs and jewels, it was 55. Would go to again!!

Do not go here. Owner didn’t even do the right pedicure my fiancé asked for then she kept calling us liars, forced me to pay or she was going to call the cops. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Annie’s nails has been my nail place for over a year, not only does she never disappoint, but she always makes me feel at home, and spends time to details, I have never been in better hands. Will not go to anyone else. Love Annie ❤️

I went ro get my nails dome today and Bema was literally the best. She is super jice dont my nails to the point it looked natural and i couldn’t thank her enough.

They do good work and are nice, but beware the prices! They change every time I come in... and the name that appears to be listed on the price list is not what how they actually "classify" each item. So, a full set of gel nails with French tip color... per the price list, it should have been $40 + $5, but they insist that it was $55 and couldn't explain the extra.

Just explain what you want first and get a quote or they will take full advantage and just charge whatever they want. She tried to tell me that only the "square" shape counted for the $5 french tip. And I had specifically asked in the beginning which shape I could choose without extra charges.
