Stayed 2 nights, walked to downtown and parks. Convenient and nice clean place. The kitchen was handy and Scott was around to help us get introduced to the place. We made the right choice to stay here!

A very comfortable place to make our hub while in Anchorage! Comfortable space, great host (Scott) and very relaxing. We used Uber to get around and it worked perfectly. We were on our own after seven days of cruising and it was a great transition. Wonderful restaurants, walking around, close enough to walk downtown. We’d stay again!

We had a very comfortable room with quality smooth bedding and nice towels. Plenty of space to spread out; extra outlets to be able to charge our phones. Good lighting. The private bathroom was adjacent to the room, not ensuite, but was spotless. It's not high end, not elegant, but has everything you could want. Quiet, easy parking, an over-the-top bag of breakfast since they have not revived big breakfast since Covid. Nice people. A sort-of lounge/living/dining area to share with others, and nice garden outside.

Excellent. The Stimsons are consummate hosts. Great location, clean and well kept. Great breakfast - though not "cooked to order" but fresh coffee, boiled eggs, granola, fresh fruit, yogurt etc. - more than we could eat! If could give 6 stars I would.

We chose this B&B for our 2 night pre-cruise stay in Anchorage because the hotels downtown were so expensive. We felt that we got a great value even with the few Ubers to get back and forth and we didn't mind at all not being right downtown. Scott, the host is lovely and while it's not a hot breakfast, it was a ton of stuff and we certainly didn't need anything more! Would definitely stay here if we're lucky enough to find ourselves in Anchorage again.

This B&B is great! I stayed on my way out to the back-country, and again, after my trip. Each room I had was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was fantastic - sourdough waffles, reindeer sausage, and homemade yogurt and rhubarb compote. I had a whole day to kill before my flight home, so I took one of their bikes and spent the day on the trails. Scott gave me a key, and I just left my bags in the house. So friendly and helpful. I plan on coming back next year.

Stayed in 2022 and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Used the bikes one day which was great. Accommodations and prices were excellent. Very, very clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast which is now a brown bag breakfast, but is substantive and healthy. Made for a perfect start to the day.

Older place but clean and well kept. Kind of funny old smell, but airfreshener took care of it. A little difficult to get suitcases to because of yard and porch.
