I only stayed for a night it was good for my stay, there wasn't breakfast or even just coffee that was a bummer, but if your looking for somewhere to get some sleep for some days and a shower it's good has a the usual hotel stuff fridge, microwave, tv, little table with two chairs to eat or do some work on a laptop if need be and the soap and shampoo with towels but if you're looking for an experience there's better spots the pool was also closed temporarily looks like they were renovating I'm not sure when it'll be done, there's is also two vending machines the one near the entrance had drink work find but the one near the back entrance that had snacks, toothbrush paste, razor and little sowing kit. Only exepted coins but they do have a machine that changes bills little inconvenient but it's there if you need it. I saw how people were complaining about a smell but I couldn't smell anything and the Simi trucks I'm not sure if it was just me because I was tired but I didn't hear them at night in the morning I little they're was a few passing by in the back road.

I think this establishment gets bad ratings strictly because of the truck stop because I stayed here while my home was being renovated and the couple who are in charge of this motel was very kind , professional and attending to our needs ! The bad reviews literally bring great places like this down and most of the reviews are not true our rooms were always clean no roaches like other reviews claimed the sheets were clean bathrooms clean it was a nice stay and really I think if your just going to leave a bad review knowing it wasn’t nothing like that don’t bring a great place down with lies because we definitely had a great stay here ! This place deserves more stars and people giving the good reviews it deserves . 🙂

The hotel is very run down and has a strong odor
Our room had chipped paint, ripped carpet, dented furniture, missing caulking around the bathroom, dirty chair, a dollar tree car anir freshener open on the counter, and ripped sheets and a left over condom wrapper behind the toilet. When I requested a room change he told me he had no other rooms unless I pay more. I went and purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room again and he called offering a new room 45 mins later.

If it wasn’t so late and the fact there was no refund we would have left

The pool was not in use and there was no continental breakfast

I liked my stay (1st) here. I was very comfortable & rested well. It is quiet even though it's located right off the highway. Once in a while you'd hear a Truck come in but I like that. My room was spacious, clean & well-supplied with a nice bed, refrigerator, microwave & a huge flat screen TV. The bathroom & shower was a real treat because I often camp-out during traveling in order to save money. The value on this room was truly great as advertised & was very affordable - I feel like I got more for my $ than at other motels. The Hosts were wonderfully nice, friendly & very helpful. I loved the Om Chanting box faintly playing in the background - very calming & soothing after a long, hectic drive. I noticed they even have a clean, beautiful indoor Pool & Jacuzzi. Next time I stay here (which I will) I will surely take advantage of that. The floor carpet & stairs needed a good thorough vacuuming ("Ash" here & there). The only reason I had to deduct a Star is because there was that & no Coffee nor Continental Breakfast as advertised online. For some reason they no longer offer these. I was disappointed, however when they reinstate these much-appreciated amenities I will surely add another Star. All in all I was very pleased & satisfied. I will be back & highly recommend this place to others.

This place is the most amazing place you can stay. The owners are the best people in the world and they are so very helpful and friendly they will go out of their way to help you. The cleaning staff are very friendly and they do an excellent job with cleaning the rooms. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The overall condition of the property is very good. Most people leave reviews that make you wonder but trust me folks if you want a great place to stay I highly recommend this place it is very nice and pleasant. No bugs at all painted rooms modern style rooms and excellent air conditioning in the rooms. As well as heat when needed They have microwaves and a mini fridge too. As far as television they have direct tv which is excellent.they also have great Wi-Fi as well the bathrooms in the rooms are extremely nice. They also have pay washers and dryers for laundry. And a pool. So trust me when I say I am a real person and I recommend this family friendly place.

The people that run this place are rude and should not be in any kind of service industry. The room was clean for a room that was in poor shape. The shower was at least hot. Checkout time at most places is 12 o'clock, this place is 11 o'clock. I checked there is no sign in the lobby. One more thing about the room, it had a weird smell to it. Oh and the maid barged right into my room without even knocking.

Arrived to Hotel around 6:30pm last night. Waited in lobby for about 10 minutes while front staff was fixing something in a persons room. We got our room and turned on the air conditioner as it was very hot and musky. We waited a few minutes for it to turn on but the dial would not go above 8. The air conditioner would turn on for a few seconds and then turn off. The air that would come out was warm. We called the front desk and we were advised to unplug the air conditioner and then plug it back and see if it would work. It didn't so we called again, the front desk clerk came to our room to see if they could fix it. Since they could not they switched our room. When we were in the new room, the air conditioner wouldn't work either. We waiting 20 minutes to see if it would turn on, and it didn't so we decided to try our luck at another hotel. We went to the front desk and we were told that only a manager could give a refund and that they wouldn't be there till later. I called this morning and was told that the manager would not be in for a week and therefore no refund can be issued until then. I would never stay at this hotel again, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone either. $98 for a musky room with no air conditioner. We ended up at another hotel.

3 stars for a 2 star property. It exceeded expectations. Great water pressure and temp in shower. Quieter than expected for a truck stop property. Clean, if somewhat worn.
