Positive: "" Negative: 2 people per room and we were allowed 1 bath towel and 2 wash cloths, ask for another pillow and was told they didnt have a room they could steal one from. the other room i got for friends, they found a spider on the bed and a roach on the wall!

I have to say the staff and owners were very kind and helpful!! I asked for extra things and it was done before I got back to the room. I left my sweatshirt in the room and they called and and told me. They also mailed it back!!! What?!?!?! Nobody does that. So thank you!!

Spacious outdoor grassy area, good location, clean beds, nice staff and they helped us find AirPods we left there!

The entire room was covered in black mold, looked like it was painted over and showing through.
Staff was pleasant although someone was mowing grass past darkness. ?
Should have asked for $$$ back. Lesson learned sadly.

This place is so clean. Great rates and amazing staff. Pool area is kept very clean and kid friendly. Will definitely be visiting again soon

This was the only room I found still available in Hamilton 2 days before my overnight stay. It was the second worse hotel stay of my life. No cold water in the sink, the hot was very hot so I guess that’s a positive. The door was hard to open and didn’t seal when closed. The walls are like paper and I could hear people talking and the tv in the next room. The people in the next room sat outside their room smoking all through the night and the smoke came in my room. A positive was the sheets were clean. I will be adding photos too.
