RACIST & UNPROFESSIONAL; BEDBUGS FLEES NO HOT WATER! If you want to itch all night from the bedbugs and flees, as well as wake up to no hot water, this is perfect for you. After we had to go through itching all night, when I woke up for a shower, there was not hot water. I went downstairs and asked them what happened to the hot water and they said someone was on the way to fix it. Check out time was coming and there was still not hot water. After the hot water was restored, I then got in the shower and while I was in the shower, they were calling the room phone over and over to rush me to get out. I said “ Are you serious? I was the one inconvenienced with having no hot water and you’re rushing me to vacate this room?…” They were very rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. They were calling the room phone so much that, I had to get out of the shower with soap all over me to answer. There was no way that they should’ve been rushing me knowing that they didn’t have hot water. They are the racist kind of Indians that like to treat Black people like garbage. I’ll never recommend this place. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Not a bad place ,crazy to think how many people live here. Room service fair ,nice and quiet at night major bonus and my car is safe at night at the front desk you can see how many cameras they have on the parking lot. And nice to see laundry machines available on 2nd floor. Price is right. So overall I'm happy with this place

Just a heads up that the whole place smells VERY strongly of smoke and the “free breakfast” is a joke (granola bars and honey buns). The shower head was about the height of my chest. Not a big deal, but kind of funny and difficult to get low enough to wash my face and hair. The lady at the desk had a sweet demeanor, but the facility is definitely poorly maintained.

i loved this hotel , 10/10 the staff was nice and the rooms were CLEAN! i got a non-smoking room and it's exactly what I was expecting and the pices were good! Want a cheap clean hotel? Come to Americas Best Value Inn. 😊

Positive: Price Negative: Yes!! After checking in and being in the room for about an hour. Our door opened by another guest of the hotel. They said they front desk gave them the same room they had given us. Of course there was no chain lock on the door. We left shortly afterwards!

If you're looking to sleep somewhere and wake up feeling like you were chain smoking cigarettes all night...This is the place for you!! I stayed here on my way back from a road trip in October of 2023. It was a last minute, I NEED to SLEEP, choice. In hindsight, I should have pushed my limits and drove further to find a better choice or just slept in my car. The hotel REEKED of weed and cigarettes in the lobby area. When we went up the stairs from the East end of the building entrance. It added the smell of mildew/mold, old food, and garbage. The area where our "room" was had bags of trash outside of the doors and some bags were leaking. The room was extremely out dated, which isn't a big deal to me as it was just a place to rest on my 22hr drive. When I went into the room I noticed the curtains were hanging/not attached to the curtain rod, EVERY flat surface in the room was covered with cigarette burns, the sheets on the bed had burn marks all over, there was mold in the corners of the bathroom ceiling, the shower head was discolored and had mold on some of the nozzles. Against my better judgement I decided to stay. When we left in the morning there were a few other guests out front of the front door smoking a variety of different things and cussing and chatting, while sitting with children that were waiting for their school bus. I WOULD NOT recommend this play to ANYONE. CHOOSE A BETTER PLACE!

Absolutely the worst hotel ever! If i could I would like to put minus one star but dont have that option. My family and I went this past weekend. We got in before the 2pm check in and asked if we can check in early they charged us $20 extra to check in early!! The pool doesn't open until 2pm either, so if you are staying more then 2 days you have to wait until 2pm to swim, the pool is not heated and was a lite green color.... I had friends who lived in the area and wanted to come swim and they wanted to charge them $10/person who wanted to be in the water, granted I bet they would have charged them for towels too. Shower had no pressure and wasn't even hot. Made waffles the next morning, they used a laddle that wasn't even a cup! My kids said the waffles didn't taste gold either, guessing was a cheap batter. Room had stains on the floor. The AC was not on when we arrived.
Parking in the back was sketchy. Coffee seemed water down with just a hint of coffee taste...

Just overall worst experience ever - happy we only stayed overnight and left the next morning.

I very rarely write reviews but I absolutely had to for this place. DO NOT STAY HERE if you're a non-smoker. The place reeks of cigarettes and pot literally anywhere inside. My room was a (very outdated) non-smoking room. Regardless, the bed sheets still smelled strongly of cigarettes and I couldn't sleep because of it.

Only reason I left two stars instead of one is because of the service. The staff is super friendly. The location is only convenient because it's immediately off the freeway, but the only other thing it's close to is a gas station.
