First room smelled like urine, toilet was dirty with feces. Floors were dirty. Asked for diff room, that room was better, the comforter had red stains. I do not recommend this place at ALL. $140.00 for a dump health inspectors need to show up.

For the price this is a decent hotel that has super comfortable beds and rooms… in a pinch this is the place to go in the Antioch area! 😊

This was the worst place I EVER STAYED AT!! I was yelled at by the manager because I asked for two face towels and to clean my microwave out! It was so dirty with chunks of food in it and the smell was horrible. When the manager came to clean it out he was yelling st me that I can leave or get out because I was rude to him for calling the office twice. My shower and bed sheets/pillows had stains on them. No Wi-Fi code because I didn’t feel safe to call or talk to the manager because I was here alone and a woman. This had me feeling scared and unsafe by being treated with no respect and his demeanor was rude bc and scary. NEVER STAY HERE OR ANY OTHER AMERICAN BEST VALUES!! Oh and the charge for ice not free!

The rooms are are definitely revamped they stay cool because of the tile and I ♡ the single King/Queen bed sweets with the 1⃣ bed only they are high in the air and so comfortable and I like the bathrooms too... As for the service that is another situation all together, the service is very very poor, they are not nice, they 🎯 their guests and treat the guests like they are the suspect/criminal and they question ppl rudely and barge in rooms to look around I've heard it from other guests, I've witnessed it and even experienced it first hand.. the worst part or all is you aren't allowed any visitors what so ever... I mean if you pay to stay the night as long as you are respectful and aren't loud or out of control or tearing up the rooms,
sm🚬king in the rooms what is the big deal if you have a friend or two visit for a bit. And as long as they are respectful and not staying the night I mean what is the issue?

I have stayed here for a few times over the last few months, although this will be the last time. As we were checking in we were reminded multiple times that we were not to smoke in the room, but upon entering our room it smelled like a bar from the 1970s in Wyoming. First thing I noticed were all of the scratches and holes in the wall, this room was much more beat up than anything I had ever stayed in. For some reason the floor in the bathroom was full of water, but the most disturbing part was when we went to use the microwave it was full of bits of marijuana, and it appeared somebody had been trying to cook crack! This is actually no joke. When we brought it up to the front desk they just apologized, it didn't offer to move us rooms, to clean it, or to even offer a discount. If you just want to do drugs, or maybe turn a quick trick this is the place for you!

I got a good night's rest. I stayed upstairs... one exit was nailed closed, it lead to a cracked cement staircase, and didn't look safe at all. Other than that it was quiet. It was a Tuesday. They say free breakfast, but its 2 different cereals, cinnamon horns and half & half... they had coffee. I'd stay again, in a pinch, but on the lower level. The 2 story building was sketch.

Had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The bed was covered in hair. The room was not cleaned very well. They couldn’t provide an extra blanket. We stayed downstairs and the people above us have been up all night banging around. Splurge the extra money to stay somewhere nicer

The outside water fountain is nice if you have time to enjoy it. However, the rooms are small shower was dirty with built up body wash, stuck to the walls king-size room only had three pillows two dry towels, and a rug. I requested additional towels and again was given just a dry towel. The price is OK. They do not have complementary breakfast.

Coming back as a follow up since management decided to respond to my comment but refused to return my phone call. I called the same day I checked out because I left my $90 rechargeable toothbrush. no one seems to have seen it. No one ever called me back I called three times with no follow up.
