Room rate was quite reasonable for 6 people. Room was clean, had fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and iron. Overall very good for the price.

Lovely customer service! Very clean room including the floor! Thank You housekeeping! I really liked the colors/fabrics in the room. They service pretty much all of your needs with having the usual big TV, fridge and microwave but also little coffee maker, iron and board, and hair dryer. Only downside are the beds are double not queen. But I still recommend staying here! Close to gas station and eating and I40.

If I could negative stars this place would get that rating. So the sheets were stained with black spots all over. The window was broken in our room. When I told the manager he said the window was double paned lol. He gave me a key to check another room it was just as dirty as the first one. I asked for a refund he cursed and said I would have to go through Expedia to get it. So I did then he comes out still cursing and hollering across the parking lot. I could not understand him while i was putting our things back in our car. Go anywhere but here it, this place is disgusting and nasty.

We booked a room well in advance. Hotel prices went up after we booked. And wouldn't you know it, they e mailed to tell me a "computer glitch" resulted in my booking being canceled at short notice, which allowed them to sell my room to someone else for more money. Think you can trust this place to honor your booking? Best to look elsewhere.

The pool is closed in with concrete they tried to charge me for my service dog and charged me 500 dollars for one week!!!!

I would leave a zero star review if I could. I booked my hotel room a YEAR in advance. It was going to be a popular weekend and I knew that which is why I booked early. When I got to the property they tried to charge me 3x what I had reserved it for. When I asked, they claimed it was not their fault, that the website made a mistake. When I asked them to honor the original price, because it had been reserved with plenty of time for them to contact me about the “mistake” and obviously they were price gauging, they said they wouldn’t do that.
We did not stay there. The hotel is not worth $700 for 2 nights, it really isn’t worth what I booked it for originally
