UPDATE: BEGINNING THE FIRST OF APRIL, WE WILLBBE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.
I first want to apologize for the inconvenience and problems people have received from here. We will be making changes to rooms, kitchen, cleaning, having wifi and more to come. We are asking if you have given us a chance before or have not because of reviews to reconsider and let us show you the hospitality we will be happily providing to every customer. For we will be grateful and happy to have each and ebay one we receive. ANY suggestions will be taken and talked about along with trying to accommodate our guest in any way we can.

Terrible place, guy that owns the building lives in the building and is very rude. I had to move out because he lit off a bed bug fogger in 2 of the rooms because they are infested with bedbugs(April 2, 2023) and didn't warn anyone to so we had no time to leave or anything. Roaches all over, the kitchen that is provided is a barley working old hot plate, microwave, toaster, some old pots and pans. A sink too. It's a roof over my head but rent is $110 a week and that is a lot for the terrible conditions.

I heard a lot about this place. My nephew stayed there and he's needs a serious attitude adjustment!and plus he will rip you off when he throws you out and only returned a portion of your money not all it. He will come to your room wearing only a bathrobe. And he will cuss you out and tell you that you are ignorant for no reason that is very unprofessional that is not a way to run the business he needs to be shut down or go under New Management

My girlfriend tried to get a room there, she had the money & everything, he wouldn't rent to her cause of something about her income, well first off she ain't signing a lease. She would only pay for every week, so this idiot has no business getting into her income. Like everyone else on here says, he's very rude & unprofessional, how the hell does wood river allow him to stay open & do business. He should be shut down.

The man there is rude and unprofessional. He answered the door in his robe and nothing else and proceeded to show several rooms in the same manner. During the process he abruptly said "nevermind, here isn't for you" and I was pushed out of the place with money in hand.

I used to live there he doesn't care bout ur income he kick me out being loud on the phone call the city n get him shut down he way over charges for a room n rips u off n they got bigs

This man is extremely rude. He refuses to rent to people who are homeless and have money because "they are gross" and then proceeded to laugh.
