i love this place. I came out from the city to experience the room (with an open view along the roof) and it was so nice to see the greenery and trees and there’s a mirror inside the room with adequate clean towels, two waters, and a small seating area and enough hooks to hang things.

The front desk staff is also experienced, hospitable and very pleasant!

Thank you, American Family Hot Tubs. I wish i had some pics but maybe next visit!

I recently visited and was given the option of temperature of 102 pr 103°. It was rather cool night,so I opted for the hotter. Turns out,I still had to enter in increments, which was okay with Me,since I had brought kitchen 60 minute timer with me; which also gave Me a little extra leeway to exiting the tub ,PRIOR to the 19 minute heads up given before your hour ends. 1/10/25 ps

I love this place. They have been my go to for my water soak therapy for over 25 years now.
This is definitely a place you should be able to enjoy;especially if your on a limited time budget AWAY from your kids, and just need that no barge in, or constant of the bathroom door conversations between you and whomever is on the other side. I miss the house cat that was an iconic sign for me that I am here to relax!

PS, I stopped in on a Friday at 9pm and they were booked up for the night. Not discouraged, went back on Sat morning before noon and all was good. I like the 10 minute left heads up too!
Update: my recent visit was peaceful and quiet. I had an open aired space which allowed me to enjoy a little nature too.

Very peaceful atmosphere. Every hot tub has it's own closed in area. I've only been once but I rec: to any of my friends, so relaxing.

I have always loved this place but recently there night girl won't rent the tubs out 3 times I have gone there well before 10pm and she says the are no tubs available for the rest of the evening when I know last tub rental is 1030pm and people were leaving while I am being told there were no more available tubs. If she doesn't want to do her job correctly, I guess the company should change their operating hours to accommodate her. Because I know I am not the only one she does this to nightly. So the owner needs to fire her cause she is costing her wages plus a few hundred a night in lost revenue from not renting tubs until 1030pm. Find some where else to go if u want to rent a hot tub at night.

I love this place!!! Clean, well run, private, and amazing prices - $23/hr as of October 2024. (Price is per person, so $46/hr for a couple.)
I have repeatedly thanked the person who told me about this place. The hot tubs have different temperatures. They are all private - some enclosed, some open sky view, but all private.
Handicapped accommodations.
Towels provided.
Cold bottle of water optional (and for $1 each recommended, especially if you go in a hotter tub.)
Private shower in each hot tub bungalow. You can bring your soap and shampoo to shower after if you want. (Your time in the shower is a part of your time in the hot tub, so calculate time accordingly.)
Ten minutes before your hour is up, they tap on your door to let you know you have 10 minutes left.
This is the best place to unwind from a rough day or just relieve stress in your body.

Great for a private Meetup but it's cold outside and the tubs are just okay I do have private showers in each tub room I'd like it better if you could use a sauna too especially for the price
