Setup was on point. 9/10

The only downfall is my bed sheets weren’t changed due to me noticing previous guest make up. Overall the stay was nice but housekeeping need to do a little better at double checking things. Lucky I brought an extra set of sheets of my own because things like this does happens sometimes. My arrival was late so I knew calling the office would be an inconvenience for us.

I've now visited two of their three locations. This one was just as good as the first. The room was amazing. The location was great too. It's very close to Oak Brook, so we were able to go to some nice restaurants and shopping places before going home. Service was great. And I definitely get the value for the money I spend here.

I was calling to make reservations for multiple days so of course I had a million question and Deisy was nice enough to answer all of them. Her service was amazing and she definitely adds extreme value to the company. I appreciate her so much for taking her time and helping me plan an amazing weekend. If the service was this good, I can't wait until check in

My parents decided to get away for the weekend with Sunday being the 12th anniversary and they ended up having to come back home due to bed bugs sadly. Mind you my parents are hard working people and were happy about the get away definitely need the place to check they stuff. Just very disappointed.

this is the most wonderful spot I've ever been to. sooooooo nice n relaxing. .the ppl at the front desk are super nice, and they take cash:) when i entered my room, i squealed. it was just so cute and beautiful!!!! and the mirrors on the ceiling really just made the room😌

I absolutely LOVE this location. Don’t let the outside look fool you. I’ve had every jacuzzi suite they have and unlike the Axis and Aura, you don’t have to a guest to check in. I come here with my boyfriend and I also come here alone for a solo getaway. I NEVER had a bad time at this location. From the staff at the front desk to the cleaning crew, I’ve never been disappointed.

Really good I recommend to everyone. For a 2nd level basic room it was clean smelt good and for a good price. Next visit I will get the room about 4 levels up to have a better night

The hotel is very old and not updated. It had carpet. They allow smoking in the rooms, and the way they give you a non-smoking room is running an air purifier/ionizer for an hour after a smoker leaves. (Gross!) The customer service at check in was very nice. I had to move from the room I booked to another one due to the cigarette smoke smell. They offer a “bottle” of champagne that is a single serving for one person. I won’t stay again. They have two other locations (with different names) that look more updated. They are probably a better bet.
