This is our second year with a pool. I feel like we were constantly chasing the optimal levels last year. Steven mention Lisa would be in town (Marion) hosting a "pool school" and I'm so glad I jumped on the opportunity to stop by! They both helped, tremendously, in setting us up with a treatment plan for the summer and sharing some instruction on how to properly care for our equipment! Thank you to both, Steven & Lisa, for all of your help!!

Josh delivered and installed our Hot tub. He did excellent job educating us on the maintenance of our new tub. He returned the same day with the correct cover and installed the lift after his normal work hours. He took his time to walk us through the control panel before he left to ensure it was properly set. Great service!!

Chase & Ethan were fantastic technicians!! They took their time explaining everything they were doing my husband and I. Even my kids were around and they were patient enough to stop and listen to what they had to tell them. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Grace was also very helpful in the store! She was able to help me get the answers I needed when inquiring about a pool liner and answer my questions about chemicals.

Looking forward to future pool seasons with them! Great team at Aloha!!

After my pool was opened we did have some issues. But the Aloha team made it right within hours. Mr Cook and the rest of the staff were very understanding and helpful to continue to communicate with me through out the season. I am very grateful!!!!! Thank you Aloha!!!

I went and looked at several hot tubs. I picked the mini spa, because it's just my husband and I. It was a great price. It's made for two reclined but can have three sitting. I had a problem after we had it set up. It was because the salesman didn't explain everything to me. The salesman was let go. The owner gave me several options. He made sure he took care of the problem. We enjoy our hot tub. You can turn down the temperature and use it all year round. When we fill our mini spa we don't even notice an increase in our water bill. When it is empty it's so light weight you can move it around. I have fibromyalgia and it helps so much with my pain and helps me sleep better. In this stressful world don't you deserve to pamper yourself? Go visit Aloha in Marion
