We were put up in this hotel for the night after United had a hot mess of scheduling and we missed our connection. I called as soon as I booked it to ask about a shuttle and the gentleman I spoke with was great. He told me what door to go to, what it looked like and when it was leaving. We had about 5 min to get there. The driver waited after we got on for about ten minutes past when he was going to leave just to be sure. It seemed like it was pretty far from the airport in my opinion. When we arrived, check in was easy with the code I got from the airline. He asked when our morning flight was and told us when the shuttle would leave. The room was very clean, everything seemed new and fresh (paint). The only things we had issues with were the mini fridge temp wouldn’t get lower than 38 degrees and the hot water in the shower wasn’t really hot enough. In the morning, they didn’t have enough people for the shuttle to run so they had already called a Lyft for us and they paid for it to get us to the airport. If I was passing through and needed a quick room for the night and leave early, this was perfect. I could hear a lot of noise throughout but I was exhausted and didn’t care.

I would like to say that the hotel itself and all of its fun colors and decorations are 10/10. The staff was decent. Nothing special. The only improvement I can see is their breakfast service. They don’t have free breakfast. You have to order it with someone at the front desk and then wait in the lobby for 15 minutes for someone to bring it to you. It would be nice if they could bring it to your room at least and if they could have other options. The food was tasty though! I also loved the board games, pool table and bar inside the hotel. One last note, they advertised an outdoor fire pit and an indoor one. I asked front desk about it and they agreed but it never turned on during my stay. Ironically they turned them on when I was checking out.

Not going to lie, I am really loving Aloft as a Marriott hotel option. The decor is fun and fresh and the lobby and common spaces have a great vibe. Staff is super friendly and took awesome care of us. I'm sure we will be back.

Hotel is nice in regard to cleanliness and staff friendliness. Pool looked clean and relaxing. Huge lounge area in the lobby is well kemp and cozy. Biggest issue is the huge gap under the door to the room, so you can hear everything in the hallway. At one point I thought someone was in my room cause there is no sound proofing. I was woken up several times cause of this, especially cause the room doors slam shut. I included pictures to show how big the gap is; it also lets in so much light, kinda defeats the purpose of the blackout blinds. There is no complimentary breakfast. They give you one “complimentary” 16oz water bottle in your room, even if there’s two people in your party. There is no other way to get water except to pay for a water bottle from the ‘snack area’. There’s an ice bucket in the room but no ice machine on the floor. Did have free coffee and tea all morning and afternoon.

Outside of hotel: Gorgeous. Hotel Lobby: beautiful. Night clerk: rude. Morning clerk: very pleasant. Everything is downhill from there. Elevators: Dirty, smudge marks, smells and need to be redone. Exiting Elevator: Smells musty and has freezing cold forced air, although it was freezing outside. Hotel room: door chipped , no desk to work from in room, water from sink seemed very cloudy. Will not return

I had a great experience at this hotel and loved the location. Overall, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. They offer live entertainment on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the bar is open daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The heated pool and patio was also a nice touch.||However, I did encounter a couple of issues. In the evening, I found out that fresh towels weren't available, and another staff member informed me that they couldn't honor my late checkout, despite my status guaranteeing it. Fortunately, when I called the next morning, the staff was able to accommodate the late checkout at 2 p.m.

My only complaint was the amount of noise that can be heard from in the room. Even after midnight, children running around and people arguing drowned out the sound of the air conditioner. It made sleep a challenging affair. They should have considered sound proofing during the remodel. The staff was awesome, the place looks really nice, all of the amenities that I wanted were readily available. Overall, I recommend it... just, bring earplugs.

Positive: It was very, very clean! The shower was wonderful. The desk clerks were generally halpful and the maintenance staff were very respectful. Negative: The first employee I encountered during our stay was a bartender. Not a good experience. Other dislikes: the small parking lot; the overly minimalist style in the room; the ridiculously priced breakfast; lack of TV stations; black decor.
