The hotel was conveniently located and easily accessible from the freeway. Parking was in a lot shared with a movie theater and mall. The parking garage was inconvenient to access, strangely set up, and we needed to stop at the front desk to get our card validated every time we wanted to exit the garage. Half the time, the validated cards did not work. There were plenty of dining options nearby. It felt like a safe neighborhood.|The room was clean and nothing was broken. The hotel is modern, certainly built or refurbished within the past 10 years.|The hotel is close to O'Hare, so planes coming in to land were pretty loud regularly through the day. The room's HVAC system was also quite loud. Honestly, the two sounds were at comparable levels. I heard the HVAC more at night than planes.|Our room was supposed to have two queen beds, but they were full sized beds. I don't know if this was an error or if they gave us the wrong category room. |The mini-fridge was, oddly, placed under the bathroom sink.|I had forgotten to bring distilled water for my CPAP, and the desk clerk didn't even know what distilled water was, much less where I could find some nearby.

Walkable to the Fashion Outlets and a half dozen restaurants. Our meeting space for 15 people was cozy but worked for brainstorming and a few games. I like that the second floor has a skybridge connected to the parking lot. Validated parking only shows up as $13 which is really really good. King bed was comfortable. Only knock was that the desk should have a more accessible outlet than crawling under to find one in the dark.

My room was pretty much directly across from one of the elevators and I didn’t hear much noise at all. Rate of $149 a night also quite reasonable.

Overall a great hotel with a modern vibe. Rooms were modern and clean but staring to show signs of wear. The location near the Fashion Outlets and great restaurants can't be beat. I'd definitely stay again.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms are quite small, and the television reception is unreliable, frequently glitching. The staff’s professionalism is questionable; they speak to each other and address guests in an overly familiar and often disrespectful manner.

Parking fees are outrageous, and the food is of very low quality, far from what one would expect for the price. To make matters worse, the front desk actually encouraged a guest to pound on a door when they lost their key instead of handling the situation appropriately. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

My wife and I drove down from Milwaukee to take off from O’Hare the next morning, next time I’m staying an extra night in Milwaukee if this is what we’re in for.

We showed up around 11:00 PM, and were greeted by a frustrated staff member at the reception desk because my wife’s mom booked the room. My wife’s mom had called previously to make sure this wouldn’t be an issue as well. Not a huge deal, just not want you want to first experience after a long drive with your very pregnant wife.

We then entered our room, instantly realizing the whole room had an awful smell. Being so late and needing to wake up so early, we decided to work with it and try and sleep. This wouldn’t have been such an issue, if the room next to us weren’t shouting continuously. Again, needing to wake up so early, we decided to give it a minute to see if they would settle down. They did, momentarily, until I woke up to even louder shouting at around 3:30-4:00 AM. I would have called security, though my wife appeared to be sleeping and I didn’t want to wake her with the call. I guess I’m just a lighter sleeper than she.

We were checking out at around 6:00 AM the next morning, when we were met by another frustrated staff member at the reception desk. I explained that we were checking out, and would need my parking validated. The staff member from the night before told me to validate my parking on the way out. That morning, I was told I could pay for my parking upon exiting the garage. Confused, I asked if I could validate my parking instead. Exacerbated, the staff member said that they would have to check me back into my room, and didn’t think they could do that. It took me asking the manager next to them if I could be rechecked into my room, which I was then allowed to do. The problem was resolved, but the headaches caused by different people and situations throughout the brief, 7 hour stay left a very bad taste for this hotel.
I would highly recommend staying in a hotel 10-15 minutes away from the airport if you need to fly out the next day. You’ll be much more likely to wake up the next morning refreshed and ready for your flight.

Nice place. Staff is great, and the atmosphere is good. The parking garage charges $15, but if you validate with the hotel they charge you $28? Doesn't make sense. Save yourself $13, just pay at the garage machine. Very misleading.

It’s a solid 3.25 hotel

Pros -
⏩Location - it’s perfect for restaurants & the mall. I loved it for travel for work. I visited all the locations that were 3 min walking distance
⏩It has breakfast you can buy in the morning - it’s the equivalent of Starbucks
⏩fun seating area on the main floor - the furniture has a funky vibe

Neutral -
⏩The rooms have a theme - i think a single loft. There was no actual dresser or closet. Everything is just out - makes the room feel messy since you can’t “put things away”

Cons
⏩Lack of security from the parking garage & skywalk to the hotel
⏩The front desk - when I checked in she insisted my corp card had a pin & had the audacity to say to me “I’ll make an exception this time” as if a card switching to credit was some huge inconvenience to her personally.
⏩Only one elevator was working
⏩The ice machine didn’t work - you had to go down to the front desk to a bag of ice
⏩you are required to get a parking ticket to go into the parking garage or vallet but you have to remember to go downstairs to get the ticket validated. Somehow my ticket got “demagnetized” and they had to call to the security desk announcing my name & room number LOUDLY to the entire first floor to give me access to exit the gate so I didn’t have to pay.

Fun fact - my card doesn’t have a pin - I called to confirm 😂
Also announcing a room number is a security violation.

I won’t be staying here again đŸ˜‚đŸ€·â€â™€ïž
