We absolutely loved staying here for a week! It was super clean & quiet. The pool was clean as well. We had everything we needed and more. Ms. Rahachel at the front greeted us with a smile every night and took the time to talk to my daughter like family! Everyone was very kind up front to be honest. Such great customer care. I was reluctant booking a week somewhere unknown out of state but glad I went with my gut. I’m so glad we did:) thank you!!

The best way to put it is that ALOFT is past its prime. It was clean, but it shows its age and a lack of care by the owners. I stayed on 3/26/2025 in room 247.||I didn't get photos (my bad), but the three biggest concerns were:||1. The bed. The mattress was old and worn; it sagged and creaked, and I could feel the springs through any padding that was left. Every time I moved, I could hear and feel the springs rubbing and popping against each other. It was the worst night's sleep in a hotel in quite a while. I'm confident that the mattress has never been replaced, and I've stayed in that hotel when I'm in 170 for at least eight years. A quick Google search shows that the hotel opened in 2007. I'm hoping that wasn't an 18-year-old hotel mattress I slept on, but I'm pretty sure it was. ||2. The shower was clean, but the sealant was peeling off around the enclosure, leaving worm-like strings in the shower. I didn't see any mold/mildew, but the odd sealant strips were around the glass were rather creepy, if nothing else. ||3. While I was in the shower at 7:30 AM, housekeeping walked in. First off, who starts housekeeping that early? I'm sure they knocked, as I heard them down the hall after I got out of the shower, but I was in the shower and didn't hear them. The housekeeper opened the door and entered the room but left quickly. I didn't have time to address this with the hotel management as I needed to be at work. However, I've never had a hotel start housekeeping that early! Additionally, the ALOFT's setup features a glass-enclosed shower that is visible from the open door. I'm not modest, but it was, needless to say, uncomfortable. ||I searched the hotel on Google, and it states that it underwent renovations from January to March 2025. If they did, I sure didn't see them.

Nice location near a mall, had a bar and food for order, breakfast and a coffee station in the morning. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy. I enjoyed my stay. EDIT: Dropped from 5 stars to 3 stars. Reviewing my credit card, I was double charged for my stay. It was a prepay, which I did. Then when I checked out, I was charged again. Make sure to check your charges. Now I have to call to deal with this....Ugg!

This was our third stay here. As usual the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. But the highlight was Myra who is the bartender. We had a couple drinks and really enjoyed a wonderful conversation with her. She is sweet, sincere and very professional. A lot of fun to hang out with. She deserves a raise!

Not hot water. Karen and Brian at front desk are fantastic! Christina at the bar was let go for some reason. She was crucial to the success of our frequent network events for our company and was one major reason our whole company stays here five times a year for our dealer training events. We have all known her for many years and she became friend along with a valued staff member! Now I am not so sure we stay here again.

Had a wonderful time last night at Aloft. Rachel was so professional and kind to us at check-in and when we needed something! And later in the evening, we had an amazingly fun time with Ricardo at the bar! He was also unbelievably professional, especially when some nasty customers were at the bar he handled the situation when absolute grace! Well done, Aloft! Emily and Anthony

No hot or warm water 2 days in a row. 4/8 and 4/9. I'm paying to stay in a hotel with only cold water. It sucks jumping in a cold shower. I have companied twice but all I get is 'oh well'. Our team will check out early today to find another hotel. Last time staying here which is normally the stop when on this side of town for work.

I have been coming to the aloft hotel for 13 years. My first experience at the aloft was Christina at the bar. I had been going through an extremely rough time in my life and she took the time to ask if I was ok and listened to me night after night and was always caring and concerned. I continued to come back over and over because of her. Many employees came
and went but she was a constant. Knowing my drink and food order and remembering every thing I have told her about my life. She was the same with all the guests. She made that hotel a fun place to be.
I don't know what is wrong with corporations letting great employees go for no apparent reason. It seems everything is about the bottom line, but this was extremely short sighted on your behalf. This world that we live in is filled with lazy incompetent employees and Aloft Bolingbrook has done a huge injustice to themselves by doing this. I will no longer be coming to the bar for food and drinks or staying in the hotel any longer.
I will be going to hotel Indigo in Naperville from here on out. I will not support an establishment that can treat hard working, loyal employees like this..especially ones who have been there for 15 years and never did anything wrong. They clearly don't care about their guests because if they did they wouldn't have made such an irresponsible decision.
