This is a great place for working out (love the Zumba classes!) as well as getting a drink or food. They have a wide variety and lots of options to choose from like refreshers, smoothies, crepes, waffles, and so much more. This is a true family business with friendly people. Love to get my workout in here!

Everything they prepare are excellent. My favorite are the protein crepes, So delicious! They even have fit classes with zumba instructors. The place is amazing and motivating for workouts!

This place is sooooo amazing, it has literally brought light to my life, first of all because there’s no so many healthy options to eat in Elgin and they have all type of healthy and delicious food and it’s right by my job. Also, they have dance classes and modeling classes, so I can bring my little sister and have a great time. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend, and the owner Alberto is so incredibly nice and patient all the time. This place is a must try!!
