So it had been over 5 years since I last got a hair cut. The last haircut was a very short pixie cut. So I was in desperate need of a cut as I had lots of split ends and it would tangle so easily.
Jess was super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted with just the few things I mentioned. One of the things I mentioned was how tangled my very long hair would get even moments after brushing it so she did a rough cut before we went to wash it and it made the whole process a lot easier for both of us as most of the damaged hair was gone.
I also enjoyed how easy she was to talk to and we had a great conversation while she was doing my hair.
I will definitely be coming back to have Jess do my hair again.

I recently moved to the U.S. from Germany, and after years of struggling to find the right hairdresser, my hair was in desperate need of a good trim and treatment. In Germany, I never had great experiences at salons, so I was a bit nervous about trying someone new. But Brianna completely changed that for me!

She took the time to understand my hair type—damaged with lots of baby hairs growing in, yet thin and not very voluminous. I don’t like my hair to be too straight and heavy, and she knew exactly what to do. She recommended the perfect treatment that left my hair incredibly soft, shiny (without being greasy), and beautifully smooth while still having movement and volume. It feels healthier than it has in years!

I’m so happy I found Brianna—she’s truly amazing at what she does. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and skilled hairdresser who really listens and knows how to bring out the best in your hair, I highly recommend her!

I booked for the wrong date and they were very accommodating to still cater me for today without charging me extra. I have Jess as my stylist and she was amazing! She did a good job on trimming my hair just as ai want it to be. She is also very professional and has a sweet personality.

I came in looking for a touch up for my highlights that i had initially gotten there with Madison, she did an amazing job, the color was perfect, the blend was really good , not harsh at all and Madison herself was really friendly.
Since my first experience there was overall enjoyable I decided to go back to get a touch up. I didn't book with the hairstylist who originally had done my hair because I needed my hair done soon and her availability just didn't match up. I though it would be fine to get my hair done by another hairstylist but omg I was so wrong.
Reading these reviews i think its insane that they charge you a late fee for being as late as 2 minutes because my appointment started 20 minutes after it was scheduled. I personally didn't mind because I was not in a rush but this could have been much more inconvenient to any other person.
When we got to the chair the hairstylist I got, Allyson, was sooo rough with my hair. When she was brushing my hair it hurt so much, and even when applying the bleach to my hair i was just wishing the process would be over because of how uncomfortable it was. Even when she went to rinse me the way she washed my hair was so rough, and id like to personally say I am in no way tender headed.
When we had our very brief hair consultation, I had discussed with her that my goal was to just touch up my already existing highlights and possibly lightning up some , which she initially said was going to be a partial foil. Also she did not really even use foils for my hair maybe used three to five but most bleached Chucks were just like hanging out which honestly I don't know anything about hair bleaching but that didn't seem right either way she could have explained to me what that was about.
Anyways carrying on to the end result i don't even know what happened but for some reason my highlights ended up being darker than how they came in originally. My highlights were so much less blended which I literally mumbled a little prayer to God to please let my hair come out okay. When we finished I was just telling myself that it would look better at home and that it wasn't that bad.
Going back to the partial foil, well turns out that changed to a custom color at the front desk. I was charged $290 dollars which i though was a little silly because that's almost as much as I paid for my initial all over highlights, when i just came in for maybe 4 inches (at best) of regrowth. At the end I just paid and went home bummed out.

Deceptive practice and fraudulent charges! Please be aware!

My wife made an appointment with this salon the other day over the phone for about 40 minutes later, and they required a credit card to hold the spot. When she arrived on time (or, according to them, “2 minutes late”), they refused service—even though the stylist was available. They also refused to reschedule and charged her the full price of $55. The real issue? Informed consent. If they had clearly stated over the phone about their policy of canceling appointments over a minute or two delay while still charging full price, she would have never booked with them. This is deceptive and unethical.

But it gets worse—outright fraud. When my wife disputed the $55 charge, rather than addressing it professionally with the credit card company, they fraudulently charged her card $70 three weeks later without my wife's authorization. She disputed again, and another unauthorized charge of $85 appeared three weeks after that. These unauthorized credit card charges are fraudulent.

This salon operates unethically, unprofessionally, and potentially illegally—both in how they handle appointments and in their blatant misuse of customers’ credit card information. We are still disputing these charges and dealing with unnecessary stress and wasted time, and want to share our experiences with potential customers so people can be aware and make an informed choice.

Jessica was amazing. I was so happy with the cut and blowout she gave me I would give her 10 out of 5 . She listens to what you want and communicates to ask if she can change anything.
She put me at ease after I explained the bad cut I had previously.
I feel that the receptionist at Allure needs more training when speaking with clients/taking calls and I would give her a 1 star as she represents the Salon initially however I was lucky Jessica was awesome.
