Zero-30 I brought my wife from Allure of Prophetstown to have her closer to home. BIG MISTAKE!!!! She was there 9 days, lost 8 lb..the administor should have been kicker out, right thru her office window. So just take your loved one to Prophetstown.

This is the place that totally neglected my brother-in-law. They did not give him the care. They just took his money and did not provide the treatment he needed. And he says, “the food is like dog food.“ I just found out that they killed a friend’s dad. They also have not taken care of others. They left a patient in bed, they never moved him, and he acquired a bed sore and now is dying because of them and their reckless homicide. Do not go here under any circumstances because whoever does will come out worse off. Somebody needs to sue them!

This place is a joke they moved my mom from a private room into another room with a room mate didn't notify us. Then when my daughter went to check on her tonight she was laying there completely naked no cover or anything with the door wide open and she has a roommate if someone would of walked in they would of seen her naked. They are good for the first few day's after that they don't care.

My aunt was here after breaking her collar bone and the CNA Jaylen was absolutely amazing with her. Very patient and gentle. A great person to talk to during this hard time.

The nurses and cna’s at allure took great care of Mom when she was there for a short time. They are patient, kind and nurturing to their clients and their families. Thank you so much for all you did for our family to make her transition so smooth. God bless you! The Patricia Conklen family

Ok, so 3:30AM I press my call button. Again at 4, 4:30,5, 5:45. No one has come to my room yet. At 6:00 AM I called this place I'm in, from my cellphone and asked whoever answered the phone here, if I could get some help. Finally, at 6:30 I got the help I needed. That's ridiculous!

The care provided at this facility was wholly inadequate and detrimental. I would have preferred handling this in a confidential manner, yet after writing the CEO, I didn't even get the courtesy of a response.
