This venue isn’t horrible. It’s just too small for a concert of this magnitude. J Hope basically sold it out and everyone was packed inside which made it uncomfortable at times. It was very organized and felt safe but too small. Great venue for hockey and other smaller events!
Parking- It also takes 30 minutes to get out of the lot at the end of most events so plan for that too. Plus side is there is plenty of parking!

Great venue to see just about any entertainment from concerts, circus, rodeo, sports and so much more.
This place OSS always clean and filled with friendly staff.
The food options are plenty with a wide variety including delicious tacos
We like to go there for a lot of sporting events.
There is a massive parking area with multiple entrances around the lot and it’s always fast to get in and out compared to others.
Just check there scheduled / calendar for events

Went to the allstate arena to attend the Professional bull rider event l. Pro tip enter by target and skip all the lines to park. Parking was 25 bucks. The seats are larger than the united center. The event was fun.

Was here for the 2 J-Hope concerts with friends. Weirdly enough, 2 of us are Carolina Hurricanes fans and the Chicago Wolves, who are their AHL affiliate, play there. We've been to other BTS concerts at the United Center and Soldier Field, but with this being 1 member performing - the smaller venue really elevated the energy in the building and I think Hobi felt that onstage. There really wasn't any bad seats for the event. The 1st night we were higher up and the 2nd night we had floor seats. If one of them was to have a solo concert again there, we would definitely go - the venue just helped feed the energy. We were surprised by the wooden roof inside, and found that the arena was built in 1980 online. The exterior looks more like something other than a concert venue or hockey arena. There's a Target shopping center next door and we found it useful to walk that way, past the Target, to have Ubers pick us up after the event; we were able to get rides that way fairly quickly.

Came here for the transiberian orchestra and it was amazing! Seats were pretty good for sitting so many people, honestly it would be comfortable coming here for a hockey game also. Would highly recommend getting here early if you chose to attend it was packed.

Great show there! First concert there in ages!!! Awesome experience seeing Iron Maiden!! Drink prices a bit too high, IMO and if your seats are in the middle of a row it's very tight and difficult to get in and out to get food or the restroom. But still an awesome experience at a sold out show!!

From Wrestling to the Wolves, this is a great space for your enjoyment. Even saw the Globetrotters here a few years ago. The parking lot has been redone so it's a lot nicer. Helpers for seating were nice and pleasant. Made my experience all the better.
