Can't say enough good things about their service technician Henry.
We have a "complicated" pool. It is an infinity pool with the upper pool spilling over to the lower pool six feet below. Henry was the first one to correctly diagnose and fix multiple issues we had. We tried three other pool companies before All Seasons, all were a waste of time and money. For any repairs I highly recommend Henry, we would not use anyone else!!!

Walked in asking about a pool liner and the older lady was the most unfriendly customer service rep ever. Not a word, just shook her head when we asked about pool liners.

No one at the register. 2 guys sitting at a table didn't get up or acknowledge me as I wandered around looking for what I needed. I asked for help and no one so much as said hello. I ended up walking out. I'll buy elsewhere.

The rudest staff! I came in and stood at the register for help and they didn’t acknowledge I was there….they proceeded to be extremely rude in our conversation. Find another pool store or start one because they are the only ones around.

Went in to buy some filters and chemicals, older lady working was wearing her mask below her nose the whole time.

She was with a customer, no problem I waited for a few minutes and she came over. I brought my manual hoping to buy filters she said she couldn’t help me figure it out. I said ok no problem here is a photo-she said can’t help you I need measurements.

I said ok no problem my husband is home I’ll call him. Then she said she was too busy and could I just come back later. No lady I drove into town for this reason only. I’ve rarely felt so unwanted in a place I’m trying to spend money at.

With her attitude I felt unwelcome and decided to spend my money somewhere else.

Kaeden, the salesman, was an absolute delight! He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! The store is clean, and stocked with all of your needs. I highly recommend it. And they do free water testing!

The staff stayed in the back office chatting while my husband waited for help. They ignored the door chime that sounded upon entry and there was no bell to tap at the counter for help. After about 5 minutes, he left, not feeling like he should have to shout for their attention.
