Horrible experience.None smoking rooms smell like they were hot boxed with black n milds and cigarettes! Smh.. I even left early cause there were bed bugs. And You won’t get a refund for the bed bugs either.

WOULD NOT RECOMEND AT ALL! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 75-100$ A DAY AND GET ICE COLD WATER AND KNOCK AT 11AM EVERYDAY

THE FEMALE OWNER IS BEYOND RUDE AND SHE'S NOT HELPFUL ONE BIT!

SAD, BECAUSE THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHONARE STRUGGLING!

STAY AWAY! Had a wedding to go to in Rock Falls. Booked a room on priceline two months in advance. When we go to the hotel, they had no record of our reservation. There was no effort by the owner to call priceline and figure out what happened. He also seemed to not understand what the issue was. Ended up going to the Raddison, which was much better. AVOID! Also, on the way out I'm pretty sure I saw a drug deal going down in the parking lot, you'll be much happier down the street.

We had to stay in emergency road side car breakdown. Their rooms are super clean!! I rather pay for clean room then pay franchise. They were very respectful and helpful. Property was neat and clean. Ravi deserves award on clean rooms!!

Had the jacuzzi room. It is absolutely gorgeous. Nice and spacious with a fridge and microwave. Room smelled fresh and was very clean other than a little hair on the bathroom floor. Bed was hard. Next time I'll bring a pad for it. But I'll be back for sure. Went on a Saturday and when getting out we hit a hotel. Best bang for your buck when wanting a jacuzzi room. 2 people fit amazing and it was very quiet.

First off, this is not a Hilton so don't expect Hilton like qualities.

This is a nice place for a weekly rental. My husband and I stayed there for a week while we visited family and we were more than happy there. Their prices couldn't be beat considering we didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars at a more "high end hotel."

The owners were super accommodating, especially since we had a trailer. They allowed us to park and unhitch our trailer in an area where they could keep their eye on it with their cameras. Our room was always clean, always had fresh towels and toiletries, and it was quiet. The staff was personable and were great with giving recommendations to local sights and eateries. There was cable but I brought my Roku 1, which we used the Aux cables to hook up to the TV and used their wifi to watch whatever we wanted.

10/10 would go here again, especially since the owners made this feel like a home away from home.

Just looking for a cheap place to sleep? This is it. No frills but very clean and only $52. For some reason I got the jacuzzi room for no extra cost even though I had a reservation. No hint of past smoking in my smoke free room. Outside door (a real plus in my book) was a little dented but lock seemed sufficient. No shampoo or Kleenex, bed just so-so, but it was really clean and the price was only $52 total for one person, one bed. Nice bathroom, shower ok. Wall mounted flat screen TV but didn't turn it on so can't rate that. Very roomy with frig, microwave, table, end tables with lamps, dresser and sufficient plug ins. Ate at Culver's about a block away across the road. No sidewalks but walkable. A small Walmart over there as well.. A local restaurant too on same side of the road, wish I'd seen that first but Culver's was fine. A great find for reasonable accommodations when just passing through. Couldn't get over the cleanliness. In my many stays at cheap older motels I find that rare. Would definitely stay here again.

I like to support independent business. I like to keep my business cost fair 'cause my clients pay for my expenses. I was happy with the business rate offered to me by the kind gentleman at All Seasons Motel--less than any chain in town. ||The room was spacious, clean and modern. I did take off the lamp shades for increased light, and the water had to run awhile to get hot. Other than that, no problems. Frig and microwave and internet worked without a glitch.||And since this time of year I prefer to exercise outside, I was delighted to discover the Hennepin Canal walking trail near the motel. It was fun exploring Rock City and Sterling. Hope work takes me there again.
