Will neverstay here again the owner open our door twice once at 2am and said he opens the wrong room and then at 7am and claims we turned the key in they can't be just opening doors like that

Sometimes the majority of airport hotels are crazy expensive. This trip my regular place was almost 4200. I was unsure about where else to go that would still be clean and decent. This one fit the bill. Cheap, clean, close to the airport, no frills, but perfectly fine. Location is close enough to walk to a few places to eat. They do not have much staff so I called about 5 times when I got a notice that my card was not working to confirm the room, but nobody answered. The number was correct which I confirmed when I arrived, so dont expect 5 star service. Not a complaint just reality of getting what you pay for. No actual complaints from me other than the bed being a bit too squishy. Overall I would stay here again if needed.

We stayed in this motel for one night before spending 8 nights in a more central location in San Francisco. It is all we could have asked for. After a long day of travelling this place was great to rest and recover. Nice big comfortable bed, clean and cable TV. The wifi was fine and the man who greeted us was extremely nice. There is not much to do in the area at all but as we were extremely tired we just popped out for a quick bite to eat at a diner and headed back to room. It is a nice journey on the bus to and from the BART. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Great hotel, cozy and family atmosphere, new rooms and with everything you need to have a good and peaceful stay. The owners are Indian, the woman is very friendly, the husband is not much anymore, but notice that they live on site, so the environment is very well managed and clean. The daily rates were consistent, a good price compared to the others. I recommend.

I'd botched reservations elsewhere and was glad when this place said they had a room for the night. It turned out great -- first of all, much cheaper than the places closer to the airport; but, also a very pleasant room, clean and well furnished. I greatly prefer the calm surroundings of this place to the hectic airport environs. If you're very fussy and need shiny knobs on fancy appointments, this place ain't the ritz. But, very much a well-kept place for tired travelers.

Recently remodeled and a beautiful job. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are larger than in most hotels and very clean. I enjoyed having the mini kitchen included at no extra charge. The bathroom is also quite large. My only suggestion is that they install hairdryers in the bathroom.

The older female owner behind the glass window who live there (Indian lady) has to be the worst person for any customer service in the whole bay area. If you bring anything up for example that the room is full of mold especially in the bathroom she'll look at you and say" you can go somewhere else." I've never met someone so negative or lazy. If I remember the hotel, motel, apartments have to be mold free and hazard free. The person next door also smokes in his rooms which travel the vents and fills our room with smoke. When this was brought up to her attention she just said "oh well turn on the fan," I mean seriously how is this place still in business? I don't get it... what's so hard just trying to have a clean place to sleep if I'm paying? I will never go back here, this place is probably great just for one night stands or escort services to just go in and head out don't plan on staying here sevreal days just for a good rate since they won't clean your room properly either. I understand Spanish and over heard the cleaning lady say since the Lady manager doesn't check the rooms she doesn't even clean or change the rooms sheets sometimes just tightens the sheets nothing more. Terrible place...go for your hit it and quit it's nothing more they suck

The rooms are huge, but if you have large pieces of luggage, try to request a room on the ground floor or else you'll have to carry it up the stairs. After a 11 hour flight, that's the last thing you want to do. It's close to local spots to get a bite to eat or order online
