2 bedroom is upstairs i went to get a room and i was being discrimination by a indian about wasting his business time I have a sick Mother who got out of the hospital don't come here anyone with a disabled people this indian will Not only discrimination you.

As much as I’d love to support their business, I was treated extremely poorly once I showed them and old red stained sheet they had in room 115. I tried speaking to the male front desk guy and he got very defensive and rude and tried blaming me for it (I had just got there less than an hour ago and the red stain on the sheet is clearly old). I didn’t even ask for a refund I just wanted to let him know why we did not want the room. Still he continued to place blame on me and deny any sort of responsibility. A poor excuse for a man and representative of his business. Best of luck.

The lady who's running this place was to rude. The website doesn't have a good explanation about smoking or not smoking rooms....

Rooms are over priced the staff is rude mainly the management. The housekeepers are great. They don't offer a late checkout even when I offered to pay for one. They said we don't want money for late checkout you pay all now or you leave... THAT'S THE WRONG BUSINESS MODEL. I even cancelled my reservation the day before so that they'd get all of the money instead of splitting it with a 3rd party booking company and that's the thanks I got in return. They will then harass you as you pack up coming repeatedly to your door saying the same thing in broken English over and over again. Wasting time and diverting my attention on they're repedative harassment. Don't waste your money on this run down outdated rude hotel. They walk up and down the 2ns story balcony similar to a prison guard walking the tier at San Quentin... Although San Quentin might be a little more up to date and nice in there amenities compared to this dump which charges for ice!! Can you believe that... No hospitality whatsoever. Rude ignorant and arrogant proprietors of this shoddy establishment. If I could give them ZERO stars I would!

No hard water. Very rude. F this place they took are money (overpaid 110). Go across the street to Stardust. Lady lucky I didn't make her give my partner their money back.

Only stayed for 1 hour and couldn't stay any longer. Room are not well kept clean. Room was penerated with the smell of cigarettes and humid wet clothes smelled. Switched rooms for a non smoking room and it still smelled like cigarettes. Mirrors are vandalized and oddly placed. Walls are cracked and dusty. Restroom was not kept clean. Won't be back.

It was cash only on site, but to be fair I barely showed up within the Stated Check in Period. Bring 65 for room and 5 for remote. The TV works, but may require some tinkering to figure out depending on your level of tech savvy (i.e. can you turn it on? You need to turn it on without the remote first to use the remote). Works well AC works too. I really didn't expect so much for so little in Southern California especially when surrounding places quote at 90 or 120 a night easy.

Bed was firm so if you're picky about that, it may not be for you. Shampoo and conditioning was a nice plus albeit a small packet and the bathroom was spacious.

I was fully satisfied with what they provided for the price. Good job!

The room wasn’t dirty it was actually kinda clean the tv worked well. The beds were decent and the sink and water worked good. My only complaint was the odor of cigarettes that wouldn’t go away at all! Not even febreze would do it. The next day I woke up and my lungs burned from breathing in all the nasty cigarette air. the rest isn’t really that bad you really just get what you pay for a 2 star hotel.
