The people are in good humor, nevertheless, really disorganized. I waited an hour for 2 dozen tamales. I saw others getting their food and waiting as well, and those who ordered tamales were getting theirs. As a Mexican of high culture, I requested my money back, politely, and walked out with cash. On to the next one.

Genuine and tasty dishes.. We also did buy some cheese, and my wife says it tastes quite good. We got some cookies as well and haven't tried all kinds but the ones I tried so far are quite delicious. If you are in the vicinity definetely make time to stop and eat something..

The frijoles puercos aren’t frijoles puercos. They’re just mashed beans with a hint of color. The ladies in the front are rude and don’t know how to properly speak to people. Also, they are very uncoordinated when it comes to taking orders and calling them out. I don’t think they have a system, which they should. When I was there so many people, including my family, didn’t receive all their food and had to go back and tell them. There is a homeless man that kept coming inside because he wanted to buy food. The ladies working there were being so mean to him it ruined my appetite. I get that having a homeless man inside is unsettling for some people. But, if a customer is having to speak up and saying he’ll buy the homeless man food for the workers to leave him alone, then you know it’s a problem with the workers. They were so mean to him, all the customers literally stopped eating to see. I traveled an hour out to eat here and the workers alone ruined the experience for me.

The old lady with tied shirt taking to go orders in the lobby is racist, im asian she was nagging at me telling me in spanish that i can't sit down if i dont have a receipt yet, then other mexicans sitting down reserving seats even if their relatives were still in line was okay and she did not say anything to them it was just me who was told to not sit down. She's rude and has no manners how to talk to people.

I was eager to experience the Sinaloense cuisine at algo Bien! Sinaloense. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment as I found the staff disorganized. They seemed overwhelmed, taking orders while also handling phone calls, resulting in my order being overlooked. Additionally, multiple staff members approached me separately for my order without coordinating with each other. Furthermore, instead of providing proper lids for takeout, they wrapped meals in foil. It's clear that better training and management are needed to improve customer service and maximize sales potential.

I was trying to put in a big order for my Christmas party. But nobody can speak English. At all. So I tried to do Google translate but we still could not understand each other.
