The staff are always friendly and helpful . My only drawback is that Corporate changed the layout of the store. Now it takes me twice as long to shop until I learn the new layout .

It's O.K.. It's one of a few stores, nearby a Wal-Mart, which is convenient. Prices are similar to Save-A-Lot. Meat might be cheaper, dairy might be more. I like it, but it's also farther away than the stores I normally shop at, and they close early, like 7 or 8 P.M.. Unless you buy bags, you pretty much can only buy what you carry. While I've been typing, my phone started malfunctioning. I hope this works.

Aldi don’t sacrifice customer service. It’s great that you supply wipes for sanitation of the carts but please allow that customer to continue to use the cart that they have sanitized at check out. I told the cashier at check out that I wanted to use the cart that I had. All the groceries were removed and on the conveyor belt. Her response. “NO, you use this one that’s next to me.”It was really nothing for her to move back that cart and allow me to move my sanitized cart forward.

Honestly, the fruit rotten. They do not have any stock whatsoever. You can tell management doesn’t really care about Or they’re not willing to help anybody looking for items this is probably the worst store I have ever been to. I was going in for a quick pick up did not see the curbside so I just parked guy tried to come out and tell me he can give me a ticket. I called corporate and they said that they’re not allowed to do that on top of that again, they have no selection maybe security should be worried about catching the shoplifter that just ran out of the store not where I’m parking especially because of what I do for a living.

Variety is great food is good price is reasonable. Only issue is things are out of order and you can't tell what special they have some are markdown but price is off

It's a good small store some stuff they have is cheaper compared to food for less but since everything is going up Aldi is just about the same as food for less in some instances.I got this coffee for five dollars and when I went to food for less it was like 9 dollars so somethings are cheaper(for people who are afraid of trying new things this instant coffee taste just like Dunkin' donut coffee). lastly This store lacks diversity

The line is always along and the food is not fresh you have to check the dates. I prefer Matteson or Glenwood store.

I recently had a group interview here. When we arrived. We were told that the general manager who conducts the interviews had a prior engagement and would not be there to do the interviews. There was no email or call in advance to inform of us of this before we arrived. We did a tour of the store and we're asked to write down our names and numbers be contacted to come back for an actual interview. I received an email stating. "Thank you for your interview. But we've decided to go on with other candidates." But there was no interview done to receive this email. This was inconsiderate and unprofessional. It shows alot about how things will be ran there. It was not meant for me to work there.
