We got married at Aldea in the Woods in August & we cannot thank them enough for such an amazing day.

They have weddings down to a perfect, detailed, and thoughtful science. Throughout the planning process, Jay was so communicative, detailed & told us exactly what to expect.

Day of, it ended up raining pretty good & we had to move the ceremony space and Jay and her team did SUCH an amazing job. As you can imagine this is so stressful for a bride but she made sure I felt comfortable with everything & executed things perfectly. So much so that our guests had no idea that the location was not what was originally planned.

They also give you options on which your vendors you would like and the ones we selected were amazing. We used Will's Grill, Four Sisters Floral, Desert Rain Photo booth & Tony the Entertainer. For the vendors we brought in, they all worked with them seamlessly.

They know exactly what they are doing around here and it was worth every penny!

LOOK NO FURTHER, you found the most perfect wedding venue & team!! I had the wedding of my dreams thanks to this absolutely stunning venue, the amazing owner and every single member of their staff! I cannot put into words how incredibly thankful I am for every person involved in bringing my special day to life. From start to finish, they made the wedding planning process a dream. I had the hardest time deciding on which of the Aldea venues to choose because they are all STUNNING and each person who helped me in the process was so thoughtful, attentive and helpful. I’m so happy I chose the Woods! Thank you for helping make my wedding day the most memorable and special day of my life! Love you guys forever <3 I cannot recommend any of the Aldea venues and their team enough!!!

We recently celebrated our wedding at Aldea Weddings in the Woods this September, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, the process was seamless and incredibly easy, thanks in large part to our amazing coordinator, Jay. She was responsive and made the decision-making process for the little details so effortless.

One of the standout features of Aldea was their impressive selection of decor options, much of which was recycled and in fantastic condition. This not only helped reduce stress for us as a couple but also aligned with our values of sustainability.

The location itself is absolutely stunning—our family and friends couldn’t stop raving about the beauty of the venue and the exceptional service from the staff. It truly felt magical.

We were also thrilled with the vendors we chose, all of whom were recommended by Aldea: Four Sister's Floral created breathtaking arrangements, Wil's Grill provided delicious food and service, Tony the Entertainer kept the energy high and was very communicative with us, and Maya Papaya Photography captured every moment beautifully (and had some sweet dance moves). Everything came together seamlessly.

We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day. It was everything we dreamed of and more, and we wish we could relive it all over again! Thank you, Aldea Weddings in the Woods, for making our special day unforgettable!

Choosing Aldea’s wedding in the woods was the best decision my husband and I ever made. The outdoor venue was beautiful and we got so many compliments about the venue. The ceremony backdrop was amazing. The wedding coordinator Jay was so helpful during our special day. Jay made sure everything was setup for the wedding and had a complete timeline for us. Jay took care of taking down and packaging up all our decor and made our day have zero stress. Jay took care of everything and made our wedding go smoothly. I highly recommend having your wedding with Aldea. 10/10 wedding experience.

We had our wedding here in May 2023 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a woodsy venue! One of the main draws was that the venue is all inclusive (to a point), but it was nice to work with the recommended vendors who were familiar with the venue and did great work. The venue staff themselves were easy to work with and the day-of coordinators were crucial in having a smooth day. Our ceremony was beautiful and lots of beautiful locations in the woods and on the property for couple portraits and family portraits. We overall enjoyed our experience and had a great day!

I was there as a guest in October, and it was a beautiful spot. There were many interesting nooks and crannies where you could get a quiet moment, or have a conversation. The scenery was gorgeous. All the staff were attentive and professional. The only downside was we (several guests and myself) were REALLY cold. They had a lot of heaters and even blankets, and tried to made it more comfortable, but it kind of put a damper on things. There are nice indoor spaces, but none large enough (that I saw) to actually house the dinner or dancing portions. We would’ve had more fun is we hadn’t been so chilled - we even had jackets and gloves, along with hand warmers. Obviously that wasn’t in the venues control, though, and the wedding and reception we attended was beautiful, personalized and seemingly well-run.

We had our wedding here in September and it was absolutely perfect in every way. We absolutely could not have asked for anything better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking at venues in northern Arizona.

Special thanks to Emmelia for doing an absolute incredible job at coordinating the wedding the day before and day of. She is so professional, assertive and firm in a gentle way, very organized and calming. She made everything seamless throughout.

Dondi officiated the ceremony, and blew it away. We requested a non-religious ceremony and he made the entire event exactly how we pictured it. My family thought he was a friend because he made it so personal as well even though we had only met via phone prior to the ceremony.

DJ Tony absolutely killed it, made our reception an absolute blast. He incorporated music we requested and also music he selected. He kept everyone dancing till the end of the night. So fun to work with leading up to and on the day of the wedding.

Lumiere did our photos (not pictured here because we don’t have them yet, can’t wait to see them!!). They were fantastic. Very organized and professional, and kept everything flowing perfectly.

Sweet and Divine did our desserts. They were soooo delicious, and presentation was on point.

Santi’s catering amazed everyone, I could not believe how delicious the food was. And their presentation on apps blew it out of the water.

Four Sisters did an incredible job matching the flowers to the exact color scheme we were looking for.

I can’t thank everyone enough for the absolute perfect wedding they put on for us. Nothing could have gone better. And the setting was breathtaking, just stunning setting for a party, pictures, and celebration.

Absolute must use wedding venue!!!

Aldea Weddings in the Woods was the first and only wedding venue we looked at, and why shop further? It's an absolutely stunning venue that makes the perfect backdrop for your woodland forest wedding. Their team was so easy to work with and all of the included vendors are ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. Our wedding coordinator was Jay, who was super responsive and easy to work with. Our day could not have been better and several people said it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Seriously, just stop looking and book your wedding here.
