Disorganization for their events they don’t have the proper staff for large events which is unfortunate due to the fact clients are paying for the servicing of the venue. Had guest setting up food stations assisting in setting up the bar, coordinating transitions, tables were set up missing stuff. Ceremony was at 3 we sat down the ceremony area and around 3:30 they said if we could move because they need to decorate. The party was great and everything was disregarded to enjoy but if you’re looking for a venue to have everything done to have a stress free day and be hands on this isn’t it in full transparency. Client services was really not there. Servers were great event coordinator unfortunately did not do job well whoever is in charge of running the event was not professional.

Absolutely loved the venue and the service given. Lorena was very attentive to all our needs the entire time. All the staff was welcoming and ensured everything ran smoothly. Decorations were set up so beautiful and amazing bartender service. Definitely recommend Alborada Village!

This place is so beautiful and so nice. Lorena helped, me with my dress and helped me change to my second outfit, she is so nice and very helpful. This place was the best place I could have had my party. Thank you to Lorena for being so Helpful and making somethings less stressful for my mom.

I am a neighbor near this place and this venue is very inconsiderate to their neighbors destructive with the large parties and amplified music. This place is nothing more then a ghetto venue. This place is literally in a neighborhood because we are so close to the mountain and the fact they constantly have bands and djs with large speakers out there the whole neighborhood can hear these people because the music radiates through our homes. We as neighbors do not appreciate that nor having this type of place near our homes. If your reading this go to the venue on 7th ave and baseline it is at least indoors and clean.

This place is nothing like the pictures…. or maybe they just treated it differently based on the type of event. For starters, the “parking” area is a dirt field on one side and a few paved parking spots on the other. The grass wasn’t cut, the concrete floors were broken and not properly cared for. Bathrooms were less than appealing as there was some rusty spots on doors and chipped paint on walls. We provided our own food vendors, music, drinks, and entertainment. Vibe of the place left much to be desired, especially by how unfriendly the staff was. The person who I assume was in charge was very disrespectful when a certain situation rose, which I will not speak on but it was unprofessional and an unacceptable way to deal with it, in my humble opinion. The 1 star is due to all of the factors considered and the price point. They want to be compensated as a 5 star establishment, but I can’t see it being better than a 2 star place on its best day. Save your money and have your event elsewhere, respectfully.

Terrible management. Absolutely horrendous experience and they had the audacity to put the blame of their coordinators mess on the Groom and Bride. I feel terrible for the employees to have someone with such little accountability be in charge.
