He asked us to take our used towels to a laundry bin in the main bath house, so that's what we did after cleaning the cabin thoroughly l prior to departure. Then, he accused us of stealing his hand towels. How he determined that our hand towels were missing in this large bin of used towels in the following days will forever be a mystery to me. If you want your trip arbitrarily ruined by accusations of theft of some old, ratty, dirty, mismatched hand towels, then this is the place for you.

Edit post response:
Yes, Bill, I did stay at one of your dry cabins in Willow a while ago, and I did leave this review at the time, which you responded to. It's highly unlikely that you've forgotten. I have NOT. I am not sure why my google review is gone, but I've corrected that so my experience is known. My Trip Advisor review has been up this entire time, and you responded to it publically just after refusing to speak to me directly about your issue via text and Airbnb messages. Your review of me on airbnb is still up where you accused me of stealing your hand towels. So, that's yet another lie you've told. You are incredibly dishonest. I continue to caution anyone who considers staying there to stay away.

We stayed here this weekend. Cozy little cabins with all the amenities you could ask for. Amazing little lake (great for swimming with a promise of a hot tub dip after). Quiet, relaxing and no mosquitos! We are already planning our trip back.

This place is amazing. We loved our two night stay. The cabin has lots of space. The TV is set up so you can watch from both downstairs and the loft. They supply cooking utensils like pots and pans. There's a fridge and microwave. There's free showers at the main office. There's nice walking trails. Also great trails for cross country skiing. We went in the winter but I was told in the summer they have swimming, boating and camp fires. We will definitely be back we loved it so much.

Everything about this place was great. The cabins and restrooms were clean and having a full kitchen was awesome! Dog friendly, too! Lots of privacy- only 3 cabins on property and you can't see one from another. Only one cabin has own bathroom and running water but the two that don't have access to really big, clean bathroom in central location. Would stay in any of the cabins next time. Decent shared beach with H2O slide, grill and fire pit. Owners were super nice. Great hiking trails close-by. This was a nice relaxing retreat with boyfriend and dog but next time we'll bring the rest of the family (and maybe some 4 wheelers and/or snowmachines) for sure!

This was the best vacation I ever had. The owner, Bill, was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure that everything was perfect. Bill even allowed us to change cabins, so we could experience the other Cabin and be closer to the BBQ, where we had a great time with tasty Brazilian BBQ and cold Alaskan beers near the lake.||The Cabin was very comfortable and functional, it has TV, DVD, shower, coffee maker, oven, toaster, running water, microwave, utensils, great heater, nice sofas and beds. Everything was very clean and well kept. In addition, the cabin was rustic and authentic, which made us feel like living in the Alaskan countryside. The cabin made us feel like being home away from home.||The cabins are placed far from each other in a nice location with individual driveways, which gave us privacy and easy access. The town, Willow, is also well located, near the Hatcher pass, which is beautiful scenic drive. Willow also have many pretty lakes and it is surrounded by exotic wildlife. We saw many moose, a fox, birds and a bear. ||I definitely recommend Alaska Winter Park Cabins. I am already planning to go back with my family and enjoy this beautiful place in the winter time.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in the Mat-Su valley you have found the right place! We make an annual fishing trip to the valley every summer. We have stayed here for the past 5 years and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Bill goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and fun. We have stayed in other accomodations in Alaska. You show up someone gives you a key and you are own your own. Bill gets your stuff to the cabin if you need help and is always checking on what your needs are to make your stay enjoyable. He even sends fishing reports to us as our annual trip gets near! The 3 cabins are located 5-8 minutes off the Parks Highway sitting on a beautiful little lake. The 3 cabins are situated over 22 acres so you are not right on top of other people making for a great experience. One cabin has a hot tub that sits among the trees overlooking the lake! No highway traffic noise, wall to wall RV's, and close to several rivers and other lakes.|| The cabins are very comfortable, functional, and affordable.

Awesome hidden gem in Willow, AK. with the best trail access. Owners are very friendly and helpful. It was nice to know Bill was only a phone call away if I got stuck in the snow, which I did and he was there in about 10 minutes, happy and ready to get me unstuck. 3 very nice, rustic cabins, set to give you a true Alaskan experience. Cabin 1 has a Hot tub! I stayed in Cabin 2, at the top of the hill. Direct trail access was so nice during the 2021 Iditarod. Showers and bathrooms are a short, 50 yard walk or ride your snowmachine down. There is a portapotty in the cabin for the ladies. Cabin also has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, whatever you need. A very short ride to town for groceries. I instantly fell in love with AK's Winter Park Cabins that I booked a week for next year already. Might even do a long weekend this summer for Salmon fishing. LOVE THIS PLACE!

i am really glad i came across this cabin thanks to the NL coupon book ! i was hesitant at first to stay there but after talking to Bill i decided to give the cabin a shot and i am really glad i did :). the cabin is tucked away from all the noises of a city ! its beautifully nested between woods and a private lake. i really loved my stay there ! fully equipped kitchen, with bath and a duplex type bedroom was much more than what i had expected ! we even spent an hour on the private lake on paddle boat ! one of my best stays and i am definitely going back again !!
