I only interacted with one staff member but she was professional and efficient.

The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was only there a night, but I could easily see a longer stay being very comfortable there.

My one complaint was that my room was next to the outside door, and I could hear that door open and close throughout the evening.

The room was nice in size and layout. The room service was sub par and incredibly snoopy. The lobby office to the maids grouped together like hens in a hen's house. Clucking away with snooty snots up in the air that you could feel the judgement veering down. Totally unprofessional. I hope they can turn it around and grow up to be professional hotel staff before they bring it down in

Positive: Rooms where pleasant, if not a bit dated. Clean and comfortable. Negative: No one was ever at the office. Sign was always on the door, saying they where busy cleaning. But a quick look up and down the hallway showed on one was around.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable room with a full size fridge, sink, stove top. Great for making quick meals. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location for traveling between Anchorage and Denali. We will return for another stay on our next trip to Alaska.

As noted by other reviewers, the rooms are spacious and kept clean. The price is right as well.

Things to know: The hotel is away from the center of Wasilla so pretty quiet. However, when you follow your phone or GPS to the address, you arrive at the back of the plain, two story white building and there is no signage on that side with the hotel name — it looks like a small apartment building.

The building is a mix of hotel rooms and 1 bedroom, long-term stay units. Enter in either end and the office is in the middle of the first floor. Nice people, eager to please.

Nothing in the hotel works, booked without a choice as we had a flat tire and the closet one to auto repair. Guy in the reception was rude, shower does not work, front desk was not there until 9am. Rooms felt like you are sleeping on the road, very noisy and heard traffic sound all night. Never stay here. This hotel should be shut down. Only positive is the manager lady at front desk.
