My family and i used the m to take us out on a fishing charter. We not only limited out on all fish we seen bears a whales. I highly recommend them if you plan on booking a fishing charter.

Kodiak Island resort took my family and I on a Talbot fishing charter last year and it was amazing. I would recommend any type of charter you’re looking for in Alaska, they’ll take good care of you.

What an awesome trip! The lodge and staff were exceptional! The fishing was out of this world and the captains went above and beyond to find the best fishing possible. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was excellent! Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

My son and I booked Kodiak as a last minute trip. Ericka was incredibly helpful advising us as to flights, where to stay and other important info. The food was beyond great and most importantly, the fishing was good. Our Captain, Mike and his mate were fantastic and worked very hard to get us into the fish. There was zero concern on a willingness to "hunt" and find what he was targeting. Having fished throughout Alaska we found Kodiak Island Lodge to a solid win.

My husband, father in law, and my kids (12 and 14 year old boys) just returned from a 5 day stay. They were beyond thrilled with the service and the fishing! The rooms were very comfortable and clean, views were spectacular, and the chef’s meals were outstanding. They said it was 5 star service all around, with the staff always offering and asking what they could do to make their stay better. The fishing was amazing - the boat captain and deckhand were great. They filleted and packaged the fish in dry ice for their flights home. They came home with 200 pounds of fish! Brand new rain/water gear was provided for use on the boat to keep them dry - boots, overalls and coats, so they never got their clothes wet. This was the trip of a lifetime and they couldn’t recommend this experience more!

Most amazing father son fishing trip EVER!!! We came home with over 175lbs of fish in 4 days, with just the 2 of us! Scenery, service, FOOD, accommodations, captains, crew,...EVERYTHING was top notch. Beds were comfy, shower was hot, wifi worked great, food was awesome, and fishing was the best Ive ever experienced. We got on it all. Halibut, Kings, Yellow Eye, Cod, and all kinds of other rock fish too. Great time in a very special place. We will definitely be back Bob!

I went fishing with Kodiak Island Resort last June. We had an amazing fishing charter and I plan on returning this summer.

The staff was amazing, all our requests were handled immediately. Food was 5 star and the fishing was first class. Captain Mike and first mate Cody made our fishing trip worth every cent. The whole trip was everything we hoped for and even more!!!
