Wonderful experience! The owner even baked a surprise cake for my birthday. The location, rooms, and staff were all kind and generous. They happily assisted with booking outings and making reservations. One of the best B&B experiences we’ve ever had, and we travel a lot. Thank you!

What a delightful B&B! Our room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well lit. Elizabeth and Bing were the perfect hosts, and breakfast with the other guests felt like a family gathering. The food was delicious, and portions were enormous, to the point that my husband and I shared one plate and were still full. Our only regret is that we chose to go into town for dinner and missed out on a gorgeous halibut entree that Bing prepared for the other guests who chose to stay for dinner. Downtown Juneau is a very easy walk away, yet the neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. We loved our stay at Capital Inn.

This summer, my parents, husband, and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Alaska's Capital Inn Bed & Breakfast with Elizabeth and Bing for my wedding. From the moment we arrived, they made our stay truly unforgettable.

Elizabeth and Bing were phenomenal hosts who went above and beyond to ensure every part of our experience was special. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was having them host a private dinner for just our immediate family on the night of the wedding. They put so much care and thought into every detail, from helping us choose the perfect plates and tablecloths to guiding us to the best local spots for flower centerpieces and wine. The meal they prepared was hands down the best food we had in Juneau—Elizabeth and Bing truly outdid themselves. The warmth and hospitality they showed us made the entire evening incredibly meaningful, and it's something we will always treasure.

Beyond that amazing dinner, they were full of fantastic recommendations for places to eat and explore around town. My husband and I, as fellow adventurous spirits, loved hearing about their own travels and life experiences. Not only were they kind and fun to be around, but they also shared such wisdom and offered heartfelt advice that left a lasting impression on us. They truly lit up every room they walked into, especially during breakfast.

The Cabin Room we stayed in was private, romantic, and the perfect retreat after our wedding festivities. Great location as you are next to State Capitol. Easy to walk down town or hike up. Is a historic building that has been lovingly restored. The rooms are great - everything worked and was comfortable. Elisabeth and Bing are great hosts - they are welcoming, will provide whatever information you need and the breakfast was out of this world. Crown jewel of Juneau

We spent four nights and had a lovely time! Our hosts Elizabeth and Bing were so friendly and accommodating. The house itself is very interesting and, of the rooms we saw, each offered a different warm, inviting space. Breakfast every morning was a treat - besides the delicious food Bing made, meeting the new guests made for fun conversation. It's close and an easy walk to everything. Really enjoyed it!

Do not stay anywhere else in Juneau. Bing and Elizabeth are outstanding hosts. The (3) gourmet breakfasts that were tailored to our individual needs are among the best we've ever had. The room we enjoyed had a private deck and hot tub. We wish we lived closer so we could enjoy the accomodations and the friendly conversations in the large front room again. Highly recommended.

We booked Capital Inn very last minute and were excited they had two rooms available. The hosts Elisabeth & Bing are truly amazing! It's rare to get such personalized service in 2024 and they nailed it. We had some travel delays and they responded very quickly to make alternate plans to get us in if we arrived late. The location is perfect walking distance to everything, the food was delicious and diet conscious and the atmosphere is very calming. We loved the front porch in the evenings. Our only feedback is the home could use some updating and easily keep the feel of the original home. The decor however would not stop us from rebooking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. . A quaint little house in a great location. The perfect place to meet other guests, relax and chat. Our hosts Elisabeth and Bing were so friendly and accommodating. Bing cooked breakfast each morning which was delish! Home made snacks and refreshments were readily available. Our room was great, very neat and clean. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Juneau.
